Noisy and Dirty

The ice machine & the elevator were both broken. Sad.

The room was filthy blood on sheets needles in bathroom roaches in the bed floor was so dirty my socks was black on the bottom...The manager himself was so rude to me that i didnt even kno what to say 2 him!!! Horrible stay worst ever!!

Smoke detector was missing and wires were taped up No door number on door. Lock missing on outside of door. Wide air gap under door. Cheap flooring. No ice, said it was kinda not working. Only 5 vehicles at property. Other places near by were full.
Never stay at America Inn again.

Nasty I will never stay here again. One and done. No shampoo or soap in bathroom old food behind bed and fridge. Pictures provided. I should get a refund. People smoking weed in non smoking rooms and stuck and I couldn’t sleep because of the smell…

This hotel should be condemned because it is filthy and a hazard to people's life. The smoke detector was missing and the wires were hanging from the ceiling. The room was filthy and trash and and a sticky trap was underneath the bed. There were roaches on the trap. I couldn't sleep because people were playing and talking in the hallways all night. I couldn't to take it anymore and left at 2:30 am. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I have photos and video proof of everything.

There were homeless and druggies at every corner big dip in my bed tile floor was coming up housekeeping staff was helpful and kind but roaches and unsafe environment very scary

Checked in room was atrocious. Had a family emergency and had to check out just 3 hours after arrival. Tried for weeks to get a refund but was never responded too.

Dont go there

Staff was rude, they put me in 3 different rooms before I was satisfied because they were dirty, busted windows and the ceiling fell in, in one bathroom.

The floor in my room was falling in. Holes under the rug.

Bathroom vent was hanging down, no tub stopper, toilet kept running, sink leaked, no phone, remote worked halfway, 1 lamp not working, no smoke detector, floor screwed down and bubbly, bed was comfortable but came off frame

Pool was not open and no free breakfast as advertised

No reserven en este hotel. Es una estafa las fotos no son reales. Vayan a maps y vean las fotos de los comentarios. Es una porqueria moho, cucarachas vivas y muertas en las habitaciones , olor a humo y orines por todo el edificio. El baño horrible de sucio. Y llegas te llevas la sorpresa, cancelas y no te devuelven tu dinero. Y Expedia no hace nada porque son las politicas del hotel. Literal te roban tu dinero. No se como permiten este lugar funcione como un hotel.

The young man at the desk was really laid-back and cool. He definitely held down a job he was underpaid for. Well, I didn't like the first room because it was flooded. Using a raft to sleep in probably wouldn't have been that comfortable so we got a second room. The second room took my breath away. Quite literally. The smell was unbelievably horrific. A mixture of mold, mildew, smoke (multiple kinds), and other muskie scents. Well we figured it was probably the air conditioner. The longer I was in the room the more we noticed that it was definitely not just the air conditioner. The floor was literally peeling up. Tiles were loose from what I can only guess was previous flooding. There was something that looked to be body fluid splattered on the lamp. The bathroom was the cleanest part and it had hair all intertwined in the towels and roaches. The bedding had stains, holes and also smelled as though it had been washed and left in the washing machine for a week before it was dried. The longer we were in the room the less I could breathe and, we made the decision to leave. I do regret not being able to take pictures but it was a choice to breathe or document. I chose to breathe. Even with the lower price , these rooms were uninhabitable. We were on the first floor. I have no idea what the other floor is look like so if you stay there maybe request one of the high-year floors. But do you know that the property is quite run down.
