La atención del personal
La belleza del exterior.
Me sentí me inseguro porque no pude llegar a la entrada por las manifestaciones. La expectativa del personal fue que tendría que caminar entrada la noche con mis maletas. Cuando expresé mi preocupación por las manifestaciones que sí habían momentos violentos no intentaron ofrecer nada más que las palabras que no debo preocuparme. No me dieron ninguna recomendación más que bajarme en una esquina. Fue horrible la situación. Todas las noticias dijeron no llevar un transporte de taxi o ride share por el incertidumbre. Pero, el hotel nunca mencionó. Me ofreció entrar por una “entrada de emergencia”. ¿Qué pasaría si el transporte no quiso llevarme? ¿Además cuantas cuadras tendría que caminar si los Uber no querrían pasar cercas al hotel? El personal del hotel mostró una falta total de empatía a mi situación. Fui castigado por la manifestación.

Considering there were so many road closures and police activity the hotel were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.
The cleaner took our other room pass so it left us a bit surprised as to why.

Il est regrettable que pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, la chambre ne soit pas faite en fin de journée. Dommage, car si on privilégie des hôtels plutôt que Airbnb c’est justement pour bénéficier d’un minimum de services,

Kitchen team and crew are not working together and the food was mostly cold, not sure but they need to be more attentive when offering their services.
