Considering there were so many road closures and police activity the hotel were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.
The cleaner took our other room pass so it left us a bit surprised as to why.

Clean and centralized
Kitchen team and crew are not working together and the food was mostly cold, not sure but they need to be more attentive when offering their services.

The location
Location was perfect to visit the city center. Walking distance to all of the important sites and tour departure points. Located in a quite street with shops and restaurants nearby.
While breakfast was great, the restaurant was disappointing at night when we tried to have dinner. Food (hamburgers) came cold, pizza was of frozen type. When asked to warm it, it came back still cold. A very frustrating experience. The servers really tried, but the kitchen did not help…at the end, we were charged only for drinks.

I didn’t eat it.
Checkin in was delayed by 1.5 hours. I arrived around 12 and wasn’t able to get into my room until 4:30, despite being told to come back at 3.
