Almost nothing.
The rooms are tiny and cramped. The window practically faces the wall. It's like living in a basement. The hotel's technology is dilapidated, particularly the elevators, which are out of order, forcing guests to use service elevators in areas not intended for hotel guests.
The quality of the food prepared in the restaurant does not at all correspond to the exorbitant prices for the food.

The NH Collection in the Historic Center was fantastic! The breakfast is definitely worth adding to your stay. The coffee was really really good. The staff are impeccable, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, safe and quiet. The nice lady at the Guest Relations, Rebecca, will go above and beyond to help make your stay more comfortable. Renier, the bar tender, makes excellent drinks and conversation. I highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

Room was clean, modern and comfortable.
Sandwich was dry and the chips served with it were rancid.
Also, they advertise as having transport to the airport. I selected it precisely for that reason. Turns out their transport is to arrange a cab for you.
Fantastic location. You take two left turns and you're in front of the Palace and the Templo Major.
Great breakfast - just sit down and eat. Eggs/coffee/juice, little pastries. Enough to get going without the hassle of looking for food first thing every day.
Chill - everybody is relaxed, no hurry no rush, they take care of you.
The bar - best piña coladas in Mexico City from Rey the bartender.
