Everything. Except the restaurant, the food it’s great but the decor is a little lame, non existent. The spectacular view makes up for it though. We loved everything and had a fantastic time

Le coucher de soleil au niveau de la terrasse du bar.

Propreté de la chambre: tache sur miroir à notre arrivée et toujours 5 jours après
On entend le voisin prendre sa douche ou aller aux toilettes
Le restaurant avec un qualité/prix moyen. Rien de typique.
Au niveau du bistrot, on commande deux jours de suite une salade de fruits. Premier jour parfait. Deuxième jours, une demi portion pour le même prix.

Very average at best.
Pros:

The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, although expensively priced.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by the partial sea view, particularly given the significant additional cost. The view was heavily obscured by bushes, meaning we could only catch a very limited glimpse of the sea in the distance. There were also a considerable number of mosquitoes, which meant we were unable to make full use of the balcony during our stay—a feature we had particularly been looking forward to.

We were also disappointed by the atmosphere around the pool. There were several very loud groups and families, and unfortunately the lifeguards appeared to do little to manage the noise levels. As the hotel promotes itself as offering a calm and tranquil experience, this did not align with our expectations. We ultimately felt the need to raise our concerns with reception, which was disappointing in itself.

We understood that the hotel is in a remote location, and had anticipated enjoying the peaceful surroundings. However, as this tranquillity was not reflected in our experience, there were limited alternatives available to us during the day. We were aware that access to the beach club was available for an additional €45 per person, per day, but did not feel it was reasonable to incur further expense simply to escape the noise, particularly having already paid £450 per night for our stay.

The restaurant was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our visit, and the food was exceptional. We were happy to pay premium prices for the quality offered. However, our F&B bill of £900, in addition to the £1,300 cost of our three-night stay, represented a significant overall spend, particularly in light of our wider experience and considering this is a four-star hotel.

As this was the final hotel of our trip to Italy, it was unfortunately an anticlimactic end to what had been a truly wonderful holiday.

Beautiful views in a comfortable apartment in the best location in Porto Santo Stefano
Pros:

Even better than the photos - amazing views on all sides and right next to all the best restaurants in the town and lots of small shops. You can swim just outside the house in the port but it’s even better when you go down the coast - either on foot or in a car.

A strange smell below the sink but nothing major.

Pros:

Der Service war wahnsinnig gut, alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sensationell und die Lage ist einmalig. Wer dort übernachtet sollte auf jeden Fall einmal den Aperitif dort einnehmen, da auch hier Qualität von Speisen, Getränken und Service super waren und der Sonnenuntergang dort einfach wunderschön ist.

Cons:

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, dass der Strand mit 55 € am Tag extra gezahlt werden musste, obwohl der Aufenthalt an sich ja schon sehr hochpreisig ist. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, das war jedoch alles super sauber und ordentlich.
