Норм, если уборщики перестанут шуметь по ночам и появятся овощи и фрукты на завтрак

Номер был хорошим. Новая мебель, новое, чистое белье, кровать по настоящему большая. Девушка на ресепшен была отличная

Cons:

1. Персонал начал уборку соседних номеров в 23.00-00.30. Хлопали постоянно дверью и шумели пылесосом. Так быть не должно!
2. На завтраке не было ни одного овоща и фрукта! Зачем на завтраке печеная картошка??? Омлет был вкусный, кофе(на удивление хороший)

Dishonest staff
Pros:

My daughter stayed here and left a bag behind. It contained some replaceable items, but also her deceased grandmothers wedding band was in it along with another ring and some more pricey perfume. She lives 6 hours away, but noticed it was missing within the first hour heading home. No one would go check right away, so she continued home. She received a call that the bag was located, but missing the two rings and perfume. We have called daily only to be met with very rude staff, that very clearly doesn't want to help. I offered a no questions asked reward for just the one ring. Managers are not returning calls and we just want them to ask cleaning staff or post a sign with the reward in hopes to entice them to return the ring. The reward is more monetary value than the ring but the ring has very special meaning to my daughter. We do not understand the lack of compassion from management and front desk staff nor do we understand why they want thieves working for them. If we had left it for days/weeks/months, then our fault. But we called within the hour of leaving. Stay here but don't leave anything important in the room !

Good, convenient location, good breakfast.
Pros:

Daily morning breakfast was excellent. Bed comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

Little tiny ants on the ninth night stand when we arrived from under the phone. Shower curtain does not enclose entire tub was approximately 6-8 inches short which caused some water that had to be blotted up so as not too fall with a hand towel. We did have the bath mat down but back towards the middle of the tub.

Not enough light in room my husband is vision impaired. Refrigerator did get cold enough. Carpet had an old smell needs to be updated. Pillow on the be not good at all,😬.

Money hungry management
Pros:

My business trip has changed a bit. I asked to arrive a few hours early for an early check in. (Diomond member, frequent business traveler), and they said, they would charge
$40 for this. No thank you.
The next day I had to be at a different work location and tried to cancel my reservation for that same day. It was 6:00 am, so much time for this greedy hotel to get another guest. They refuse to let me out of the stay and I am stuck in this out of the way location for yet another nite. They treat diamond members like dirt.
