Gorgeous hotel surrounded by a gorgeous part of the world
Pros:

Lovely location by the beach. A bit away from the town but easy to get to the tram and nice to go for a walk in the locality. The staff were lovely. The decor was really nice and the flower arrangement in the lobby was beautiful. The food in the veranda restaurant was delicious and had lots of variety

Just like a Benidorm hotel
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

It’s become a hotel full of young children and has now been opened up to package holiday makers from the UK. Far to many load brits. Kids screaming and running round the pool area not one adults only area to escape this.

Las habitaciones son amplias. El desayuno es una maravilla. La zona de piscina súper relajante. Y el personal muy atento en todo momento. El hotel en sí es un 10.

Nice place to spend a few days if you want a great pool and a nice beach.
Pros:

Location is excellent, especially if you want both the pool and the beach. We believe the La Olla beach area with trees giving shade, terraces and lots of parking is the best on Costa Blanca coast between Benidorm and Denia. We've been to this hotel already three times and find it one of the best in the area for location.

Cons:

I have booked the room more than 6 months in advance, but still on arrival was allocated (initially) a room with a view mostly over parking garage entrance. After we requested a room change, we were offered a room for disabled, but with a better view over the pool. We believe that if you book well in advance, it is reasonable to expect that you get a nicer room.
Surprisingly, there was not a single piece of information, or any booklet or leaflet in the room about the hotel, its facilities, services, etc. It was a real challenge to book a room service without knowing what's on offer and whom to call.

We had an artist performing every night between 22:30 until 24:00 right next to our balcony which was a bit much.
