Pros:

La limpieza impecable, de 10, pocos hoteles he visto tan limpios como este, la comida del restaurante Palapa también muy bien y el servicio de los camareros son muy atentos y amables, la piscinas también están muy bien, tanto las exteriores como la climatizada, la habitacion perfecta.

Cons:

El desayuno y la cena bufet, en general la cocina parece precocinada y de una calidad discreta, por otra parte el servicio de limpieza de las piscinas poca consideración tiene empezando por las mañanas a trabajar con la karcher a las 8:30 de la mañana para terminar a las 9:10, podría empezar mas tarde solo por poder dormir, en cuanto al Spa dejan entrar a niños pequeños para que griten, se pongan gafas de buceo, en fin, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas estan cosas dejan un poco que desear ya que el hotel se encuentra en una habitación en la que no hay nada alrededor y se supone que la gente que va busca el descanso y la relajación, también el servicio de Spa ya podían tener un descuento para los clientes del hotel, cualquier persona que viene de fuera puede entrar al mismo precio, poco detalle por parte de la administración.
