Muy recomendable
Pros:

Extraordinario hotel con muy buenas instalaciones y excelente personal, muy completo el desayuno buffet y buena oferta de restauración.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega que la playa está llena de piedras y no merece la pena bañarse allí pero lo suple con unas muy buenas piscinas.

I would recommend for a family holiday
Pros:

Beautiful property, great views, the outdoor pool areas & interior decor. Good entertainment in the bar each evening. Robes & slippers in the room.

Cons:

Water bottles were only left the first day, every other day they were chargeable, a small thing…. The spa facilities were an extra charge. The restaurants close at 10pm & on the night we arrived we ended up paying €35 + drinks each for the buffet, which was being cleared away, as the only other option was room service!

Una escapada relajante
Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia. Las piscinas también están muy muy bien. Es un complejo amplio y cómodo. La atención muy buena.

Cons:

La ubicación ya que necesitas coche para casi todo. Dejaban jugar a los extranjeros a la pelota en la piscina y no te podías relajar del todo, parecía benidorm, eso muy mal. Y en las tazas del buffet del desayuno estaba sucias en diferentes días.

Pros:

The place was beautiful and the faculties were excellent. The layout was great, and loads of areas available to eat, drink (eventually), and relax by the pools.

Cons:

The staff and service were dreadful. Looked as if they’d rather be anywhere else in the world. Made absolutely no effort to do anything quickly, would often ignore you stood there at the bar, and the service was absolutely dreadful. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and absolutely NOWHERE near what is acceptable from 5*. I’d think twice before booking here, the hotel seems more concerned with putting on events in different locations of the hotel than they do serving the incredibly high paying guests. This was a consistent theme over the week, and I cannot recommend staying here if you want a proper 5* experience. Really really poor

Ecelente hotel para descansar!
Pros:

Hotel Maravilhoso em estilo resort, mas sem a bagunça de um resort. Hotel enorme, muito bem cuidado e decorado. Um cuidado em todas as áreas do hotel. Recebemos um upgrade porque o quarto que reservamos estava em reforma e mesmo a decoração desse quarto seja mais antiga, tem muito charme, além da vista ser maravilhosa, todo os mármores, a cama gigantesca, o enorme quarto, o banheiro gigante e super dividido. Muito limpo em todos os sentidos. O café da manha era uma maravilhosa com muitas opções e uma variedade enorme de produtos. O lobby bar excelente com valores super justos e um atendimento e decoração impecáveis. Ficamos 6 diárias e ficaria mais tempo com toda a certeza.

Cons:

Tudo perfeito.

Pros:

The staff were so helpful . The rooms although we only booked a standard were roomy and bright with lots of wardrobe space big bathroom .

Cons:

The only down side was standard rooms do not have walk in showers and I would have liked to have had the Netflix App
