Pros:

Service is top!!! Hotel is beste hotel in Altea. Overal is aandacht en alles klopt. Mooie kamers met zelfs een ligbad op balkon. Ontbijt en restaurants top. Hier voel je je welkom en gast. Lekker laat ontbijt mogelijk.

Cons:

Toch wel enigszins verouderd hotel. Zijn wel een vleugel aan het opknappen, maar om hele hotel te doen, en alle faciliteiten, ben je wel minimaal een jaar of langer bezig.

Buenas instalaciones, buena comida y trato muy amable
Pros:

Atención muy amable de todo el personal, instalaciones muy completas y limpias y muy buena calidad de la comida en el buffet. En temporada baja pudimos aparcar en el exterior sin necesidad de pagar por el parking privado.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no nos gustara, pero en realidad no es hotel muy lujoso para ser un 5 estrellas
