Das Personal wirkt apathisch und unhöflich. Keine Hilfe beim Koffertragen, spärliche Informationen beim Check-In. Wenn man Trinkgeld gibt, kommt auch nur ein Hmmm oder ok, selbst, wenn das für den angebotenen Service relativ großzügig bemessen ist. Die Zimmer sind alt, die Betten hatten schon vor langer Zeit ihre beste Zeit, zumindest werden sie ordentlich gereinigt. Die Putzfrau scheint als einzige verstanden zu haben, was es bedeutet im Dienstleistungssektor zu arbeiten. Finger weg vom Buffet. Für die angebotene Qualität deutlich zu teuer. Wenn schon das Frühstück im Hotel sein muss dann a la card. Bessere Optionen gibt es außerhalb. Das Hotel ist insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen

Pros:

Hotel Morales is excellent in every way! This historic hotel is beautifully appointed with ‘old world’ charm. It is centrally located and easily walkable to the main square and amenities. The staff are very attentive and helpful! I loved staying here and will choose this hotel when I return to Guadalajara.

Quizas, la limpieza general. Se que es muy dificil, pero se pueden hacer campanas publicas.

Service was excellent and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was also central to walk to most locations, activities, events, and restaurants.

Hotel colonial en buen estado
Pros:

Me gustó el contacto humano con una de las meseras, la limpieza, las habitaciones grandes, el baño grande. Me encantó la ubicación y el ambiente colonial. Todo está muy bien conservado. Lo bonito agrada a los ojos

Cons:

No me gustó que me retuvieron un monto para asegurar mi reserva y que se me devolvió 1 semana después. No me gustó que no hubiera línea telefónica en mi habitación para poder pedir servicio a la habitación. Los elevadores son un poco lentos y el agua olía raro.

Beautiful colonial hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. We had an issue with the A/C and safe deposit box, and they moved us to a better room. Great Stay!

Staff is terribly rude!!
Pros:

The property itself is beautiful and clean

Cons:

We booked this trip for my birthday. Two days in the cartel took over and we were in lockdown. The staff treated us like crap. I understand that they had to stay and work, but they should also know that we are guest and make us feel comfortable due to us already feeling unsafe and scared.
The staff was completely rude, especially in the restaurant area. I will never stay at this hotel again.
