A true haven for the discerning traveller
Pros:

A truly boutique accommodation option - so refreshing after several less well-appointed options we were booked at along the Great Ocean Road route. We were in the Osmond Suite, which was spotlessly clean, had great facilities and a warm comfy bed.
An easy stroll to Bank Street with great coffee and eateries and on to the riverside waterfront where Jasus will happily sell you a fresh, prepared crayfish. Add a sourdough roll from Cobbs bakery, and dinner is sorted.
The Merijig restaurant is an easy walk from Old Market and offers a great range with a menu that changes every day.

Cons:

For septuagenarians like us, climbing the stairs with luggage was a challenge but still worth the effort

Pros:

This was the most beautiful building in a lovely setting. Inside was a sensitively restored and stunning apartment, extremely comfortable & well equipped with some lovely touches - we were sorry to leave!

Beautiful suites in a magnificently restored historical building

Cons:

Two of the three suites are up very steep stairs. Thankfully for us there were no other guests so we were able to leave some luggage downstairs.

Beautifully appointed, they thought of everything. The bed was very comfortable. Clean and light, quiet location. Amazing bathroom.

A beautiful and very comfortable accommodation
Pros:

A beautiful residence , great position, walking distance to everything and very quiet and peaceful. Excellent bed , big beautiful bathroom .

Cons:

Minor issues but considering it is luxury accommodation the lounge/dining/ bedroom area is quite small. There is no cupboard for clothes only a few coat hangers and hooks. If you are staying a few nights a bit difficult. Also kitchenette was very tiny and being on the shorter side very difficult to reach plates etc from the very high cupboards.
