Saya kelebihan pesan 2 kamar dan katanya bisa di Refund, akhirnya saya urus dan hubungi pihak yang bertanggung jawab dan di arahkan untuk menghubungi pihak OYO sendiri melalui Gmail. Sampai detik ini pun tidak ada kejelasan pasti dan pengembalian uang. Saya chat pun juga di tangguhkan dan tidak di balas sampai detik ini. SANGAT TIDAK SAYA REKOMENDASI KAN.
