Patika numurs 109 ar privāto baseinu korpusā 18+, īpaši jauka bija mūsu camarera Lourdes (gracias, muchos besos a ti), kas perfekti uzkopa numuru, viss tīrs, mirdzošs, viņa vienmēr atstāja uz gultas ar roku rakstītas vēstules ar jaukiem novēlējumiem katrai dienai. Ēdienu izvēle restorānā bagātīga, personāls ļoti atsaucīgs, smaidīgs, pretimnākošs, fantastisks nūdistu solārijs uz jumta, kur piesauļot baltās, intīmās ķermeņa vietas, vīna krāni, no kuriem papildināt glāzes, saldējumu izvēle - super. Visa kā bija gana. Ļoti gribētu atgriezties te vēlreiz. Iesaku visiem šo hoteli, kam patīk All Inclusive Eiropā, nevis Turkyie vai Egypt. WiFi arī bija ok, ātrums labs. Tuvumā ir šoping mall Cita, kur var atrast viskautko. Palūdzu cafeteria Nespresso recepcijā un to dabūju, kapsulas pirku veikalā, dzēru kafiju no rīta numurā, nav man datu par kafijas kvalitāti restorānā. Kopumā iespaidi vairāk pozitīvi nekā negatīvi.

Dažas dienas tios neuzkopa terasi, kad tur bija melnās smiltis, atnestas pa gaisu no Dunes de Maspalomas. Bija jāstaigā pa dubļiem, ko sanesu istabā, Lourdes bija papildus darbs tās satīrīt. Protams, borrasca Therese arī nebija plānota šai atvaļinājuma laikā, tā pazemināja GC reitingu šogad. Tomātu sula brokastīs bija ļoti populāra, bet personāls nespēja to nodrošināt regulāri. Alus Amstel no krāna bija negaršīgs, izdzēru vienu glāzi un sapratu, ka pirkšu cerveza San Miguel veikalā un dzeršu to.

Habría que hacer reformas, parece muy antiguo y algunas estructuras están en estado deplorable, la comida muy básica y polite, no era apetecible y no era rica. El precio está bien, pero no volvería ya que esperaba más.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto un pò tutto perchè già conoscevo l'Hotel.
Mangiarè abbastanza buono e abbondante.
La piscina comoda e ampia.
Le camere molto grandi.

Cons:

L'hotel rimane in una posizione ottimale. La camera molto ampia ma se devo fare una considerazione l'armadio e da bocciare in quanto priva di privacy. Il bagno ampio ma purtroppo mancante del bidet, per me molto utile visto che viaggiavo con una persona anziana e disabile. Avevo chiesto una sistemazione piu comoda e invece mi è stata data una camera al 4° piano e da camminare molto. La cosa piu bella è stata la Sig. che sistemava la nostra camera che ci a aiutati per quello che gli era possibili grazie davvero.

Buena opción para una estancia en Maspalomas.
Pros:

La localización y el servicio de todo el personal son muy buenos. Habitaciones espaciosas y zonas comunes bastante completas.

Cons:

Habíamos estado hace dos años y nos había parecido una experiencia buenísima. Esta vez encontramos que las instalaciones empezaban a estar algo deterioradas. Paredes manchadas, humedades, la puerta del baño completamente estropeada debido al agua que salta de la ducha y algún que otro detalle que deberían empezar a cuidar si quieren seguir manteniendo una buena valoración de los clientes.
En cuanto al bufet, también hemos notado una bajada en la calidad de los productos ofrecidos.
En general, continúa siendo una buena opción en relación calidad-precio para hospedarse en Maspalomas, pero deberían empezar a vigilar todos estos pequeños detalles.

Rooms were comfortable. Good location. Good value for money.
Staff was very helpful. Its catered more towards families with kids since they had events for kids everyday

Cons:

Food could be better. They had very similar food everyday. Most main dishes were not done good. For example the fish was way overcooked since it was cooked in a big batch

Cocktails were premixed from a machine which feels deceiving for an all-inclusive resort. Atleast they should tell this is advance

Pool was advertised as heated which is not true
