The hotel was in need of repairs and not worthy of a 4-star rating. Their so-called "All inclusive" was far from ALL; with many petty exceptions.
The bars in the reception area and at the pool had only sweet items as snacks, inappropriate for a diabetiker. There were no nuts at all and one had to pay one Euro for a little bag of chips.
The room was spacious, clean and quiet, with a balcony, but lacked a comfortable chair for reading or watching TV.

Stayed here for my friends 70th with his family and young grandchildren. The hotel was ideal for our needs. Very family friendly. All the staff were very helpful. Great location for a walk to Playa de Inglis for the beach. Right nest to the Dunas de Maspalomas. With in easy reach of a bus stop for trips out around the island. Taxi rank also nearby. Our room was well appointed and cleaned daily. A spacious balcony that over looked the pool area and stage room 434. All inclusive so no worries about extras if you didn't need to. Although we did eat out a couple of times to mix things up. Plenty of choices near to the hotel. Food in the hotel was buffet style and a little samey but you could always find something to your taste. The animation staff worked hard. Although the evening shows were poor as they mimed to everything they did. All in all a very enjoyable experience. My friend had a fabulous 70th birthday full of surprises

We stayed for a week as a family with a two-year-old child. We originally booked a standard double room with a street view, but during check-in we were advised to upgrade to a pool view as it was presented as a better option, so we paid for the upgrade.

What we weren’t told, and what’s important for families with young children to know, is that the evening entertainment typically runs from around 9:30pm through to 10:30pm or even 11pm, and it is extremely loud anywhere on the pool-view side of the hotel. As soon as we moved into the room, it became clear we’d made a mistake.

The hotel did offer to move us to another room, which we accepted. However, we found that this room was also on the pool side, just at the opposite end of the hotel, so the noise issue persisted throughout our stay. While the rooms themselves are pleasant, if you’re travelling with young children and value a good night’s sleep, I would strongly advise avoiding the pool-view side of the hotel.

The hotel sent a survey out mid holiday and said they wanted to help us enjoy our stay. We asked if the hotel would consider a partial or full refund on the upgrade, as it genuinely spoiled our stay and we didn’t have a decent night’s sleep for the entire week. Unfortunately, this was declined so the survey was a bit pointless.

Overall, the stay was pleasant in parts. The all-inclusive food, however, became quite repetitive, with limited variety. Most days it was the usual pizza, pasta, and very similar options for both lunch and dinner.

On a positive note, the location is nice and close to the sand dunes at Maspalomas, which is a real highlight of the area.

Everything is top quality, but not the food. Sallads, fruits and deserts are ok, but the rest. However, I must say that the staff are fantastic

Overall a good experience. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the pool facilities were great for children. Decent entertainment in the evenings and food and drink are readily available throughout the day.

Rooms were a bit tired and need a refurb. Paint peeling off the walls in places and furniture needs replacing. Food was ok. Not a massive variety of hot food and food could’ve been hotter.

Overall enjoyed our stay and hotel has very good potential

Firstly, location great, this is the second time we have visited this hotel for this reason. We chose a deluxe double as they are adult only and on the 5th floor with stunning views.
The rooms are now looking a bit tired, with paint and damage marks to door in bathrooms etc. I can live with this though, not a deal changer for me but not what is expected for a 4 star hotel. Beds in the room we had were not very comfortable this time. Asked for a mattress topper which they delivered which did improved it slightly. Coffee machine is supplied with 4 pods which are not replenished but I bought some from a local supermarket. Milk was never replenished either. TV in room but not UK channels so was never used.

Food, this is where the hotel is let down. Firstly, salads etc. Great choice, always something to eat. Hot food choices very hit and miss, some days great other days shocking. Worse problem is time it takes to replenish food and don't go an hour before restaurant closes, you may see trays of chips interspersed with pasta like we did one night. There is a great choice at times but sometimes nothing to put a meal together with, random dishes that do not go together. Breakfast, forget full English, bacon streaky and all stuck together, fried eggs overdone, scrambled ok, but Tomatoes and mushrooms smothered in garlic, no thanks, not for breakfast.

You can always find something to eat, but not what you partulary wanted. Food us generally cold or Luke warm at best, the heated trays and lamps do nothing to improve this. It's a large restaurant and the have 1 small microwave if you wish to heat your food up.
Now the really bad, we witnessed on more than one occasion fresh out of the kitchen food being placed on top of cold food that had been sitting in a half empty dish and also on occasions the cold standing food being scraped on top of the new dish of food. This is totally unacceptable... I will leave that there.
The waiting staff, fantastic, they do an amazing job. As a wheelchair user they reserved a table for me for the duration of my stay and we're always very attentive.

Big up to the great bar staff too who always new what I wanted.

Evening Entertainment consists of dancing and miming to music, the ents staff work hard but some singers, magic acts etc would be great. The ents staff also work hard in the day, aqua gym, games etc. Anna is amazing, very bubbly and friendly.

Lastly, this is no smoking hotel, another reason why I chose this hotel, it has designated smoking areas. However, there were 2 rooms under us that used to smoke on the balcony, the smoke then drifted up and into our room. We complained on 3 occasions but nothing was done, it only stopped when the guests left. There are no signs in the room or on the balconies to say that smoking is prohibited, even though it is as it states in very small print on the hotels web app and confirmation from reception.

Overall we had a great holiday, would we choose this hotel for a 3rd time? Possibly not as the food situation is poor, nearly everyone we spoke to complained about the food. We also noted that for the same time next year it's over £1000 more with Jet2, not worth that.

Guest Relations, please do not reply to this review with your standard response, really take note of the issues people speak about and make sure that putting hot food on top of cold food and cold food on top of stops immediately as this is a food hygiene issue and could have severe consequences.

Third time at this hotel, love the location but was let down this time with the room. Paid extra for double deluxe...would save your money. Not any better than the normal rooms. Nothing extra given. Food okay, always something you can eat. Pool area clean and tidy. Can be noisy when children entertainment starts if you get room right at stage. Doesn't bother me as I was out most of the day. Balcony was a put off as crawling with ants everywhere. Liked this hotel because of location and returned for third time but will not be back as let down this time
