El personal genial, pedimos un cambio de habitación y nos los gestionaron muy rapido. El personal de animación de 10! el mejor que hemos visto en mucho tiempo. Los espectaculos genial. Y el parque acuático lo mejor para los peques!

El personal de todo el hotel, muy amable, tanto recepción como camareros.
Los animadores súper bien, las actuaciones estupendas y siempre hay actividades a todas horas tanto para adultos y para niños.
La instalación de piscina grande y piscina para niños también esta bien.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights and to be honest, we can't knock the hotel. We were a bit pessimistic after reading other reviews but found the negative exaggerated.
Upon arrival the receptionist was lovely, clearly telling us everything we needed to know and directions to our room.
We boosted up to premium drinks and were each given a gold wristband (definitely worth the boost for the choice of premium drinks available).
Although some leave negative reviews regarding food, we found plenty of choice.
There's plenty of sun loungers available around the pool and plenty more spread just off the poolside.
Although we didn't really take part in activities the animation team are fun, friendly and try to get as many involved as possible.
Our room was very large with a good sized balcony too and looking around they all seemed to be similar in size.
The dunes are only a few minute walk away from hotel and definitely worth a visit.
The only negative I could give the place, there is not a big enough smoking area, I'm sure another area could be created with tables and chairs away from non smokers.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will go back again.

Had a lovely holiday. I was a bit concerned when I read that it was being shut for refurbishment in April and expected old beds and scruffy rooms but that wasn't the case. I had a lovely room and slept really well the whole week. Very comfortable and quiet.
Food was very good and salads were fantastic. How anyone can complain about the food is beyond me. There was so much choice.
Entertainment team were great and all friendly staff.
Never had to queue long at the bar.
My only one small complaint was the sun loungers. They were so uncomfortable.
There is a very convenient shuttle bus to the beach. Near to supermarkets and the bus stop. Buses are cheap but can be crowded. Peurto Rico bus station was awful with people pushing in all directions. We took a taxi to the market for 6.50 euro each way.

A very tired hotel in need of some serious improvements. Pool areas very tatty. Missing tiles and peeling paint in the pools and the surrounds. Nice rooms but no option to regulate the temperature. Aircon is on or off! The food is pretty appalling. Limited choices and really poor quality ingredients particularly the meats. The drinks on the all inclusive are like rocket fuel and the wines on tap are undrinkable. This hotel is no where near a 4 star and nothing like the other Lopesan hotels.

Very good hotel for family
Stuff is very helpful and most is kind. The best waitress is Cruz who was always happy to welcome us and be so positive person ♥️reception guys you always very helpful and the biggest respect for animation team who always make your stay interesting and fun.

Fab food with good gluten free options

Frukosten var helt ok och rummet rent och fint men ganska anspråkslöst. Mycket trevlig personal, speciellt aktiviteter för barnen var bra ordnat.

The hotel was lovely, clean and friendly. The location was close to the beach and the first drop off from the airport which was fab.
The rooms were extremely clean. I noticed that even the glass shower screen was cleaned every single day we were there. Which was fantastic.
The food was okay . If you are a fish fan you will love it. There was also pasta , pizza chip ect for kids. The salad bar was lovely. It could just do with a little bit more meat choice. Only because I'm not keen on fish. But it was always well stocked and fresh.
The pools were cold but refreshing. Sadly your not allowed to use inflatables. We had the pool mostly to ourselves as it was too cold for others. I love the fact that if people aren't sitting on there lounger for over an hour then towels will be taken away. This is very fair for the people that actually what to stay in the hotel and sunbath.
Everywhere in the hotel is lovely and clean. Never had to qué at the bar. There's cold drinks, beer and wines on a self serve pump . And a coffee machine that you can use 24 hrs a day. They also have sandwiches in the 24hr station in reception encase your hungry when the restaurants are closed. Amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The hotel offers very reasonable pricing which must be taken into account when reviewing. The quality and range of food available was outstanding in the resteraunt, rather more basic in the 24hr self serve areas. We ate very well with abundant healthy options of salad, fruit, fish, rice etc. There was also plenty of orange coloured food if thats your preferance. No real vegetarian specific food such and meat free sausage, bacon or mains, so it just a case of not taking meat. The hotel and our room was very clean at all times, albeit the bathroom was a little tired with significant paint peeled from the lower part of the bathroom door (water damage) and a very amaturish/ messy sealant job on the shower. The gym is small and quite on show to the rest of the hotel being in the main outside area with open doors. Theres about 6 aerobic macines and space for 1/ 2 people on free weights. Every member of staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional. Worth special note is the hotel layout and gardens. The main pool areas are understandably busy with associated noise of entertainment, music and children. However there are lovely, well maintained gardens which are quite extensive. Footpaths meander through them and there are plenty of more private, quiet lounger areas for just a few extra seconds of walking. Also there is a butiful pond with fountains and stocked with fish. Probably the best hotel gardens ive experienced, and this would be very high on my list of reasons to return. Sea front is a 5 minute walk - this takes you to the extensive sand dunes, the actual water is a further 15 minute walk. The dunes themselves are a fragile environment and although marked paths pass through them, scrambling about on them is not permitted. All in all, for the price, a very good choice.
