Fint hotell med mysigt takterrass.

Mysig hotell, takterrass med pool.

Cons:

Garderobsdörren var svårt att öppna och vårt att spola toaletten. Annars allt annat är ok.

Een 4 sterren hotel met 5 sterren service!
Pros:

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niks was hen teveel! Stonden 24/7 paraat ons te helpen. Kamers werden elke ochtend goed schoongemaakt, super hygiënisch! De locatie was ook prima, erg leuke ontbijt en dinertentjes in de buurt en het metrostation is op 5 minuten loopafstand.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello, vicino alla metro, a 15 minuti a pedi dal La Rambla. Rooftop con bar e piccola piscina per rilassarsi. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Camera pulita e kit cortesia in dotazione. Consigliato.

Cons:

Nulla. E'andato tutto bene. Le camere sono silenziose.

Great staff, good breakfast, comfortable and safe location.
Pros:

We liked breakfast and room. It supported our needs as a family of four. It was very clean and staff was far better than adequate, especially front office.

Cons:

I did not like that i had expressed we would like an early check in due to a family of 4 travelling like for 7 hours. Our room was given to us 40 minutes after official check in hour (15:40). Also we left something behind and we asked hotel specifically to send it to us with guest (us) charge, but they did not comply with our request and send also one bottle of saline we had left behind on purpose, which opened during transport and ruined all staff that we asked hotel to send us with a big cost for us. Also, we did not like that in our room electrical supply panel was behind a wooden panel which was open.

Pros:

Great location, clean premises and helpful, courteous staff. The rooms have characterful decor and we were especially grateful to the housekeeping staff who were always prompt and did a great job of cleaning our rooms each time!

Cons:

Walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper it may be a good idea to bear in mind and ask for a more isolated room. The staff is responsive and were quick to address complaints.
