Le réceptionniste, irrespectueux et manque de tact, salles de bain mériteraient un rénovation de fond, crasse incrustée.

Cons:

Le réceptionniste, son manque de tact et de respect envers le client. Il a exigé que je paye une deuxième fois les chambres alors qu’elles étaient déjà payées sur Booking simplement parce que je n’avais pas la carte physique à lui montrer.
Aussi, dans une des chambres la douche ne fonctionnait pas et les salles de bain mériteraient une rénovation de fond. Les joints des catelles sont salles, les écoulements rouillés et les plaintes et joints pleins de crasse tellement incrustée qu’il n’est plus possible de les nettoyer…

C’est très mal isolé et j’avais des voisins bruyants.

Voici la description de l’accueil qui m’a été donné à la réception;
Malgré une réservation effectuée et réglée via Booking.com, le réceptionniste a exigé que je règle à nouveau les deux chambres, au motif que je ne disposais pas de la carte physique (bien que celle-ci soit disponible sur mon téléphone). Il a refusé de me remettre les clés sans paiement immédiat, tout en affirmant qu’un remboursement serait effectué ultérieurement, sans preuve préalable.

Après avoir finalement accepté de me laisser accéder à ma chambre, il m’a ensuite interpellée devant d’autres clients pour exiger un paiement immédiat, allant jusqu’à menacer de me mettre dehors.

Au-delà de cette gestion inacceptable, je tiens surtout à souligner l’absence totale de tact et de respect : à aucun moment je n’ai reçu la moindre excuse pour le désagrément subi. Ce manque de professionnalisme et de considération envers un client est tout simplement inadmissible.

Je voyage fréquemment et réserve régulièrement via Booking.com ; je n’ai jamais été traitée de la sorte.

Pros:

I love how clean the room was. I also appreciate the clean towels the next day. All staff members were excellent.

The fact that my room was near the elevator, so I could hear everyone coming in and out.

Good value, great team and central location!
Pros:

Team really helpful. When one saw me inspecting the art and artifacts, they came over to give me more context. Interesting place and chain. Team fabulous.

Friendly and supportive staff, great location on a quiet and calm street close to some of the main touristic points. It was a cosy and comfortable stay for us, and definitely a place we would consider again for the next time.

Pros:

地理位置不错，周边环境比较安静，酒店隔音比较好，设备齐全，整体比较舒适，性价比高，工作人员服务态度也比较好

Cons:

酒店的淋浴不好调节，窗户不能自主打开和锁上，但是都可以找工作人员帮忙
