Excellement location in Eixample. The room was clean and well equipped. There was no outside noise. Primarily due to the location, it was great value for money. Close to all the landmarks ( literally walking distance) and shopping. Organic market and lots of makeries and coffee shops nearby. MANY restaurants and bars including some truly examplary restraunts within walking distance, The Staff was super friendly and always happy to oblige. I ordered room service one day and the food was good!
They have a cute roof top pool which I did not use. They also have a basic gym which was smaller than I expected but got the job done. Great location so I went for a run almost everyday! Calm atmosphere inside and outside the hotel. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend. If you take the Aerobus, its. 15 minute walk to the hotel from the closest stop!
I liked everything about this property. It was beautiful and felt luxurious and the service was really good and the staff were nice and accommodating and gave me a complementary upgrade for my room when my light stopped working after I came back after sight seeing. Over all loved the stay.
I was asked to pay €4 for a bottle of water, which is pretty expensive. They gave me the first bottle complementary so cant complain that much.

Das Einzelzimmer hatte kein Fenster nach aussen und in der Nacht was das Zimmer nicht dunkel.
Staff was exceptional, hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I became sick during my stay and front desk was extremely supportive and attentive. Details in room were great. Soft, plush towels and robe along with slippers.
Bed could have been a bit softer. The rooms could have been a bit more sound proof to minimize hall noise. More towels by the pool area.
