Albergo situato al centro delle attrazioni, struttura molto bella, camera e bagno spaziosi e confortevole. Comodo il garage per chi arriva in auto
Lo staff non era per nulla gentile, ho soggiornato 2 notti e al rientro in camera nel pomeriggio alle 17 la camera non era stata pulita. Alla reception ci rispondono che hanno avuto da fare insomma disagi così assurdi da una catena alberghiera di questo livello
We had an issue with a broken toilet in our room when we arrived and the member of staff that dealt with it was super helpful. Changed our room and sorted us straight out. It was really appreciated. The staff at reception were always very helpful. And the housekeeping staff were brilliant too.
I would have preferred a better option for breakfast for vegetarians. But plenty of options nearby. The toilet was broken but I know these things can't be helped and was sorted by changing our room, so not really an issue.
To sum it up, my stay was very comfortable.
Loved the size of the room and location. Couldn't beat it!

Mattresses were past their best. Litter outside the window. Not cleaned to my high level of standards. Air con in the hotel was on too high, it was very cold.
Supplies in the room weren’t provided ie coffee capsules and the ones that were there weren’t enough for four people. Cartons of water provided just tasted weird?
Easy parking , and staff was great, helpful and polite.
The family room we stayed in around the skirting boards and carpet. Lots of crumbs and all sorts of small bits.

This is my go-to in Bristol, they never disappoint and I love the iconic building and the location is unbeatable!
We were fortunate for our room no to be drawn which meant we had access to the Executive Lounge, that was a very special treat!

Great location, big room, comfortable, AC, underground garage.
Spaces in the car park were too narrow. We managed to find one on the end that was large but most were not really suitable for modern cars.
