Staff were very helpful and friendly the hotel is comfortable and stylish .... quality hotel, made our stay very enjoyable. Car park was excellent. Breakfast was well presented, good choice, nothing not to like.
Nothing .... We could not fault it
Th reception team were so good. We dealt mainly with Kavi. He was so kind, yet professional. He took time to ensure our needs were accommodated and literally turned what could have been a hugely stressful visit into a pleasure.
Also the bar staff were so friendly and helpful. Really made our evening a positive experience.

Advertised as having air con but we were not informed that the air con was broken until we went downstairs to reception at 2am after hours of restlessness with our young children. We all had heat stroke. There were no fans available. I was told via email that I would receive a 100% refund which still hasn’t been repaid over a month later. Appalling and dangerous. We will never stay at a Marriot again.
Car parking available underneath hotel. Very easy access and lift to main reception area. Good welcome and room available despite arriving earlier than anticipated. Good lift, flat floors, no steps with luggage and air conditioning. Great location, right near City Centre and nearby bus stop at bottom of Park Street to Clifton or wherever. Didn't eat but for overnight base very good choice.

Buffet style cooked breakfast is not really acceptable. Disappointed with what should be the start of a great day.
The IT system was down on check in and the lack of thought around how to check people in was concerning. Lack of communication about what was going was also disappointing.
We have stayed before and, having had a great stay we came back. It did not disappoint. Lovely building and adequate room for what we needed. The breakfast is excellent and worth including and the location is excellent. Close to lots of areas and right by the cathedral. We parked at the hotel this time and found it well organised and easy.
The room for 3 was adequate but a little cramped. All clean and tidy. Bathroom good.
Air conditioning was not working o a very hot night wrote and complained and they apologised but doesn’t help with not getting any sleep for the night we paid for. We were to no fans available yet we booked two rooms the next day in the other room we found two fans were stored in wardrobe not very helpful.
