Main restaurant dinner was awful. Chicken was undercooked and the chips were the worst I’ve ever tasted. Managed half a chip & gave up. Breakfast staff were surly & useless. No dirty plates cleared from the tables. Food not replenished at the buffet.
Everything really; stunning building, brilliant location, nice mix of classical and cool.
Nothing, I guess adding a pool would be an upgrade if I wanted to be critical.
Great location near to the waterfront with bars & restaurants easy parking. Great customer service very friendly helpful staff.

Wonderful location with parking right in the centre of Bristol. The room was large, clean & comfortable and a decent night's sleep. Buffet breakfast was fine, but no other meals taken. Pleasant enough bar. Check-in and out was fine, as were all interactions with staff. Pretty much what you would expect of a large city centre hotel and probably better than most. Thoroughly met expectations.
I really dislike shower curtains and marked down one grade for this. Other than that, no complaints.

Tasteless breakfas with limited food options , scrambled eggs just awful opt for an omelette. Only black coffee available for breakfast shockingly poor quality of products. Bread was dry. If you decide to stay there book the room without breakfast, you will be better eating elsewhere. Absolutely stunning architecture,, comfortable rooms. Would I stay again- yes. Would I eat there- no!
