Stunning house, exquisitely furnished room, beautiful views across the garden to the sea. Helpful and friendly reception staff.
The breakfast was a bit bland and I could have done with some sourdough or rye bread. I had my car washed and polished two days before going to Scotland. Unfortunately the parking area is under the trees on the dirt and it took 20 minutes to clean off the green hardened bird mess all over my car in the morning. It was really gross.
Great location, only a fee minutes walk to the stunning beaches. Quiet and peaceful. Nice view of the garden form our room. Clean, but as other reviews mention, decor is a bit tired. Friendly staff. Can't comment on food as we did not have breakfast not dine at the hotel. But we had a drink the bar which is perfectly charming. Room was spacious and warm.

La posizione è molto comoda in quanto vicino alla strada principale che collega Aberdeen a Inverness. La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e confortevole come l'hotel in genere. La colazione è stata molto buona e il personale veramente gentile e disponibile. In più abbiamo scoperto, una volta lì, che Charlie Chaplin era solito soggiornarvi. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri.
