building and grounds beautiful
Our Courtyard room was damp found woodlice 1 on the bed . bed lumpy and uneven . Bathroom extractor fan didn't work Toilet lid very soiled under lid room didn't feel clean .
Location was ideal to play Nairn golf club
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with the springs digging into my back throughout the night. My room also had two single beds pushed together with a sheet over the top rather than a proper double bed, which made it uncomfortable whenever I moved during the night.

Fatalna obsługa przy śniadaniu. Dziewczyna rzucała gdy podawała. Brudne filiżanki. Pokoje stare, niewyremontowane. Toteż nie wszustko tak czyste jakbu moglo być.
Location was Beautiful … the bed was comfortable
It was very very grubby …. Room wasn’t hoovered each day ….Very few staff around we did tell receptionist what we felt was wrong ….the carpet outside our bedroom was appalling broken tile in the bathroom the windows were really dirty as in old dirt all around them carpet rucked in our bedroom a def trip hazard …. Wires across floors and under rugs in reception. Terrible pot holes on driveway. Staff vaping outside front entrance.

Booked courtyard and we received a free upgrade within hotel but room location was very noisy due to event until midnight. If we were given our original room without the upgrade then we wouldn't have been inconvenienced with the noise which ruined the experience.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and shower pressure was good. Tasty breakfast and dinner, cozy old building and in walking distance from the beach and shops in Nairn. Hotel personell was friendly and helpful
Interior of the room and furniture is a bit old and used, it was quite loud when the windows were open in this specific room because it was located next to a roof with a loud ventilating system.
The bed was absolutely sensational! Best sleep I’ve had in so long. The room was really cosy.
The food was fantastic and the staff were lovely.
I honestly can’t fault it.

Besonders die Mitarbeiter und auch das Abendessen war sehr gut. Frühstück okay. Man konnte gut parken und die Highlandkühe sind super süß, wobei da mal ein Hufschmied vorbeischauen sollte. Danke für die Bewirtung und die Ausnahme wegen des Roomservice. Dankeschön!!! Betten sind bequem!
