Pros:

Great location. Great facilities. Right on the beach and a 15 min walk to downtown. Comfy beds and lovely room. The hot tub being open until 11pm was a bonus after a long day

Love the location and will stay again & choose a different room location.
Pros:

Beautiful location and close to Pismo beach, short drive to Avila beach. Enjoyed Blast & Brew restaurant on site.

Cons:

My balcony glass wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and my room was a little too close to breakfast spot below. I will choose a different room next time I stay there.

Nettes Zimmer mit Blick auf Meer und Pool, schöne Poolanlage, direkter Strandzugang (über Stufen), Gratisparkplatz

Cons:

Frühstück unterirdisch und nur mit Sitzplätzen im Freien (nur 2 Tische mit Feuerstellen)

Pros:

Very nice facilities. Especially good for families--and there were a lot of them! Great beach access via stairs.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as we'd like. Pretty busy and noisy throughout property--to be expected for a family place in the middle of the summer. The only 'on-site' restaurant is across a big parking lot and overpriced.
