Wish we had booked more nights stay.
Pros:

Location spot on, easy access to the beach via steps. Rooms were above average. Breakfast outside even better. Plenty of space around the site and parking easy.

Cons:

Hotel not full, if it were, breakfast searing would be an issue.

There's ocean view fir all. I got a beautiful room with a view but spent most of my time outside , on site, enjoying many more views.
Coffee was delicious as well as the breakfast.

Cons:

Accessibility to the beach is not for all. Stairs only and would've liked a ramp option. There are ramps leading into the buildings, however.

Nice stay. I got a lot of exercise walking up and down to the beach.
Pros:

breakfast had a good variety. food was hot. Three different spas, adult only was nice. views were nice. Outside sitting areas had nice padded chairs

Beds were too firm for my wife. For an ADA room I felt beds could be a little softer. My wife had trouble sleeping, painful
