Great experience
The room itself was spotless, and the service was excellent. However, I was put off by the presence of a dead cockroach near the entrance and two more in the hallways, which remained there throughout my two-day stay. Needless to say, I didn't feel inclined to have breakfast there. Nevertheless, I must admit that my stay was quite comfortable.

The hotel wasn’t clean. We saw some cockroaches and insects, even in the breakfast... Definitely, this was our last time in that hotel.

Great location, convenient two different areas in Laredo
I stayed multiple weeks at this particular property on business. 2 out 3 rooms I stayed in had no hot water. Warm water yes, hot water….no. On my first visit I refused a room due to an overwhelming stench of what smelled like sewage. On more than a few occasions I would have to stand at the front desk for over 10-15 minutes waiting for the desk staff to emerge from the back.
On my last night I found multiple live cockroaches in the room. Thankfully, it was my last evening! Had I read the previous reviews about other guests seeing them, I would have never booked at this location. It’s obvious after my experience and reading the experiences of other guests, management doesn’t take pest control or cleanliness serious. Spend the extra $20-$30 and stay next door at Embassy Suites.
As always, my stays are excellent. I stay nowhere else. You have spoiled me.
Location was convenient for my travel plans.
The room was not cleaned very well (dusty photos in the room, cob webs on the curtains, stains on the carpet, no hot water in the kitchen sink). I went to the front desk and asked for toilet paper and some bathe towels I was told house keeping would need to bring it to my room. Why can’t I get an extra towels and toilet paper from the front desk (house keeping was not on duty when I asked for these items)? The breakfast was ok. Oatmeal looked liked soup (uncooked oats)
Nice place to stay however next day had no hot water
When we arrived the dishwasher was working for more than 2 hours, I stopped it. The closer door was down. The air condition really noise. Next morning no hot water. No nody answering the phone and the front desk. There were to many little cockroaches on the kitchen. No nody at the front desk for checkout. The front desk lady was talking with the kitchen people, not helping them.
