Great peaceful stay.
Pros:

Hotel has a lot of fun amenities, the Sento was a big plus for a relaxing time. It is in front of a park woch makes it quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast. It is in Umekoji outside of the very busy areas but still able to get to the main areas walking or a shot cab. The JR train is close which is also a plus.

Cons:

Our room could have used a small closet to put away some things. Some rooms might have it but ours didn’t.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Park, train museum and sea aquarium nearby. A very family friendly hotel with many amenities nearby. Hotel is close to station and is just one stop away from Kyoto Station.

לא שירותיים . חדרים קטנים. לא מנקים כל יום. לובי יפה וגדול ומיקום טוב ונוח צמוד לאקווריום.
Pros:

לובי מרווח ויפה כמו בתמונה פה. מיקום טוב מאוד. אבל תסתכלו מה כתבתי לא טוב. זה חשוב.

1. לא מנקים כל יום.
2. היחס מזעזע. במיוחד לצרכים של ילדים. למשל בבוקר שבו הגיע לנו ארוחת בוקר אבל לא היה לנו זמן לאכול אז ביקשנו רק לקחת מהקרואסנים הקטנים שהיו בבופה קרואסון אחד קטן לכל ילד וזהו!!! והם לא הסכימו לתת כי לא נרשמנו ולא נכנסנו לאכול את כל הארוחה! ועוד כאלו דברים לא שירותיים וראש בקיר. זה קרה בעוד ...
3. אין להם מיטת תינוק !!!

Pros:

El mejor hotel para ir en familia. Hemos usado mucho los espacios compartidos. Son amplios y entretenidos. Es bonito encontrarte con otros huéspedes. Me ha gustado ver a tantas familias viajeras! La ubicación es una maravilla! En frente del parque precioso! Hemos estaso en sakura, por lo que estaba lleno de cerezos en flor, y gente celebrando sus picnics. Nos ha encantado todo. Ver los tranes desde el balcón de la habitación! La comida es correcta, sin ser nada fuera de serie.

Cons:

Que fuese tan complicado encontrarse con un trabajador que hablase inglés fluido.

Kiváló szálloda, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
Pros:

Az állomástól sétatávolságra található a hotel. Az erkélyes szoba tágas és tiszta volt. A reggeli nagyon finom, széles választékkal (vacsorázni is lehet). A személyzet rendkívül figyelmes és kedves. A szálloda szolgáltatásai is kimagaslóak. (fürdő, közösségi terek minden emeleten, tetőterasz, üdítők, kávéfőzési lehetőség)
