Perfect place to spend family holidays in Kyoto!
Pros:

Well situated, with plenty of things to do near and good service within hotel (little library, music room, coffee/tea/drinks in common areas, pajamas etc). It creates a home feeling away from home and park in front makes it even more special. Staff are kind and very helpful.

Cons:

One of the sushi restos recommended in the hotel map didn’t allow kids - so we ended wasting time going there for dinner. we found it strange, as hotel is very kids friendly.
The rest was perfect!

Pros:

Great location close to the park and the aquarium. The room was very comfortable and clean. The facilities are great with coffee brewers (V60), complimentary drinks & snacks, cosy common areas. The breakfast was really good and great value for money.

Cons:

The acoustic isolation is not the best. But it's not a big problem!

Beautiful, large room with friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel over-all was much nicer than we expected. Huge room with a balcony that overlooked a park, very clean and beautiful. The food in the hotel was fantastic and the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped us with ordering a taxi, which made things easier.

Pros:

Everything - what you see on the website is just like real life. All the wonderful details - table tennis, coffee station, music room etc. - were just perfect. Love all of the collaborations with the local companies too.

Wundervolles Hotel in Kyoto in guter Lage am Park. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon ins Grüne. Gute Platzverhältnisse, toller Service mit kostenlosen Getränken und Snacks. Sehr abwechslungsreichees Frühstücksbuffet. Haben im Restaurant ein phantastisches Wagyū-Steak genossen.

Super war Spielplatz, die verschiedenen Räumen vor allem auch für Kids, Dachterrasse. Auch tolles Angebot mit kostenlosem trinken
