Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful place to stay
Pros:

I enjoyed all their common area spaces where you could listens to music or grab a drink. The staff was very friendly as well. It was a beautiful place I would love to come back.

Zeer comfortabel hotel met fijne faciliteiten op toplocatie naast groen park en vlak bij trein
Pros:

Perfect hotel voor zowel gezin als koppels. Ruime kamers, met uitzicht over park of speeltuin. Vlak bij de trein maar ook lopend naar Kyoto centraal is prima te doen. Hotelfaciliteiten zijn top, je kan op bepaalde tijdstippen koffie/thee/drankjes pakken en nootjes pakken. Ze hebben leuke kamers in het hotel zoals de muziekkamer waar je platen kon draaien , een game ruime met bordspellen en een speelruimte voor kinderen. Je betaalt een vaste fee per persoon voor al die faciliteiten maar dat is het wel waard. Het hotel-restaurant heeft zeer goed eten en is aan te raden om een keer te gaan eten. Naast het hotel ligt het park met speeltuin en er is een botanische tuin.

Schönes Hotel im Grünen
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Park, Station fussläufig erreichbar. Kurzweilig durch die vielen durchdachten Angebote wie Platten, Spielecke für Kinder, Kaffeestation zum Selbstbrühen etc. Restaurants mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Abends alkoholische Getränke kostenfrei-klasse! Das Personal ist durch die Bank weg freundlich. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen Balkon.

Cons:

Ruhesuchenden Paaren sollte bewusst sein, dass hier viele Familien mit Kindern übernachten. Das Konzept mit den Bändchen zum Umhängen zum Frühstück könnte man überdenken.

這是我在日本旅遊住過最喜歡的飯店，第一房間的空間非常大，公共空間很舒適，沒有使用飯店的澡堂有點可惜，自助的飲料、咖啡吧非常優秀。床也是非常舒服，浴缸的水很大，很快就能裝滿，陽台的風景很好，每天早上都可以在陽台享受早餐，而且不會有蚊子，這間是我一定會推薦給其他人，以及我下次還會考慮住的飯店。希望有機會可以再多待幾日。

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, einer der besten Frühstücksbuffets in Japan.
Pros:

Großes, sehr vielfältiges und hochwertiges Frühstücks Buffet (waren in vier 4-5 Sterne Hotels in Honshu/Japan, das Buffet hier übertrifft alles!). Angenehme Atmosphäre, ruhig und viel grün. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Kaffee und Getränke Stationen. Angenehmer Yukata. Großer Balkon im Eckzimmer.

Cons:

Vergisst man das Cleaning Schild rauszuhängen, wird weder das Geschirr sauber gemacht noch der Boden gesaugt (und nach dem Vormittag kann es auch nicht nachgeholt werden). Also einfach dran denken, das Schild ab und zu rauszuhängen! Es wird einem auch ausführlich beim Checkin erklärt (das Personal spricht sehr gut Englisch)

Ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Hotel, das aus unserer Sicht definitiv 5 Sterne verdient! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Leidenschaft hier gearbeitet wird.

Besonders begeistert hat uns die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft: Kostenlose Getränke und Snacks zwischendurch sind eine wunderbare Aufmerksamkeit, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Auch das öffentliche Bad war sehr sauber, entspannend und eine tolle Erfahrung.

Die authentische Atmosphäre, der exzellente Service und die vielen kleinen Details machen dieses Hotel zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

三世代旅行には値段もお得に感じる宿泊だった。
Pros:

1歳半の子を遊ばせるのにちょうどよいスペースがあってよかった。孫を連れての旅行だったので、寺社巡りだけでなく、隣が水族館と鉄道博物館があり、水族館で大喜びをした。
