The staff was very good and pleasant. Building is beautiful.
Pros:

It is a beautifully and authentically restored historic building

Cons:

Safe and phone in room did not work. The safe was fixed with supplying new batteries but it delayed my ability to get ready for the event as scheduled. The food at the banquet was cold and the beef was very tough. Towels were thin and inadequate in number. I feel 2 bath towels per person is ideal.

Pros:

Location as we were there for a concert at the tmobile center so only being 2 blocks away was great. Also I have a lifted pick up and the valet was able to accommodate my truck for parking.

A Lovely Place to Stay
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. Can't say enough good things.
My husband forgot his charger for his oxygen machine in our truck. The valet grabbed it for us in no time. Very much appreciated that!

Beautiful hotel great safe location. multiple calls/no answer at restaurant to order in room.
Pros:

Loved the hotel, felt like walking into 1950's elegance. Wonderful front desk and valet staff, felt safe and within walking distance to T mobile Center.

Cons:

estaurant would not answer phone to order in. Front desk even transferred me and no answer. I had to work from room and wanted dinner, had to order door dash. Phone in room didn't work, but no big deal.

Spotless, spacious rooms in a great downtown location!
Pros:

The location to the Power & Light District as well as the downtown shuttle train was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was spotless and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Parking was a breeze in the garage and the onsite restaurants and bars were very good.
