We return to this property not only due to its location for our purpose, but for the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. When we do have any issues or concerns, they are addressed quickly.

Pros:

The check-in staff member was kind and friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room was very much in need of a deep clean (white crud on shower knob, debris in the heater vent, hairs on duvet, couch visibly dirty) and needs a renovation - , broken mirror, peeling paint, chair had a big piece of vinyl ripped off, visible repair to hole in wall. As described by many reviews here, the breakfast was lack luster. Instead of pastries, there was stale dunkin donuts still in the box. Fruit was one banana and one apple to choose from. Juice machine has apparently been broken for some time.

It was decent
Pros:

Breakfast was not good, very little options. Also, not everyone eats pork sausage..they should try keeping the scramble eggs in a separate steamer tray rather than with the sausages.

Cons:

Their washer and dryer, they said, was not working...disappointing.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The price can’t be beat.

The room was outdated, which made things seem a little dingy like the carpets and bathroom. The door entry was wonky.

My stay was good.
Pros:

I mean my experience was good but It was obvious that my room needed a pick-me-up. the wear and tear was very visible. And there was a weird sent in the room. So we got our own spray. Finally, because of how the room was prepared we ended up bleaching the tub and jacuzzi on our own.

Pros:

The common areas and room were very cosy and clean. In addition to that, the staff was absolutely delightful to interact with, polite and helpful. Very sweet and kind people, truly. Additionally the included breakfast was very good. I will happily book another stay at this Location.
