I will NEVER stay again. I couldn’t bear the thought of it.
Pros:

The convenience of the property to the main highways and the local WaWa.

Cons:

The property is dated, and dirty. The rooms are not fresh, bright or inviting. I slept in my clothes because the floor looked dingy. The side table had sticky stains on it and there was some type of debris on the walls, and counters in several places.
When I walked in room 121 the refrigerator had been leaking, the “hardwood” part of the floor was wet and the carpet had started to get soaked. The remedy was a few towels were put down by the gentleman at the front desk, a wave and “have a good night.” 😟

I would definitely stay there again if I needed to be in the area for family function.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, we had a concern about the TV and it was fixed immediately. The room was clean.

Just a few more towels in the room.

Every store you could think of was around the corner including Walmart

Ultimately not impressed and not worth the convenience.
Pros:

Convenience to event location and stores around. Accommodated for a baby by bringing a crib.

Cons:

Key never worked, room door needed to use force and lock to close, bathroom door didn’t latch, Mini fridge leaking everywhere and balanced on washcloth, ac unit finicky, 1/2 outlets broken, didn’t fully clean in between (one bed made only), walls scuffed, rusty, and holes in them. Manager brushed off all concerns.
