This is a wonderful hotel. The facilities exude charm and attention to artistic beauty. The public rooms have peaceful areas in which to relax; and the two pools and gardens are excellent. The buffet breakfast was extensive and imaginative, with a high standard of Western and local dishes. Our room was large and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and provided with tasteful amenities. They have a lovely spa and gym. Without exception the staff were so helpful and friendly, that they really enhanced our visit. The hotel management has gone out of it's way to try to ensure that all is perfect for a splendid and fulfilling stay. They have succeeded in that aim and we are grateful to all concerned and would love to return again in the future.

We had a magical experience at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The staff made us feel incredibly special. They went to so much trouble to make sure our stay was as comfortable and culturally enriching as possible. The attention to detail was outstanding. They greeted us with a delicious fruit drink and a wonderful head and shoulder massage. There were gifts in the room, which were replenished during our stay. The freshwater pool was serene and well-maintained, and the pool staff were extremely helpful and kind. The day spa was very special with skilled practitioners and a calming environment. The major highlight was the food. The Khmer dishes in the restaurants, and breakfast every morning with delicious waffles, coconuts, fresh juices, and everything imaginable. The staff and chefs came to speak with us every day to ensure we had what we needed and to help us learn about the dishes we were eating, as well as teaching us some Khmer language. The staff organised tours for us to visit the amazing temples, and advised on other sightseeing and activities. Thank you to all of the staff, and I hope we can stay at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap again because it is truly the most genuinely heartfelt, special place.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices and the complementary back massage was a bonus along with fresh coconut water.

A wonderful hotel with absolutely lovely and professional staff. The cultural performances each evening were outstanding. Marylin who checked me in was perhaps the most genuine, friendly, and professional hotel worker I’ve ever encountered! A stay I will remember! The property is beautiful, particularly the dining areas around the courtyard.

We stayed in a spacious room with a private pool, which was a lovely touch. However, we found the water to be a bit too cold for comfortable use — a minor detail that didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment.

What stood out most was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, courteous, and quick to respond to any request. Their warm and attentive service truly elevated our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and goes beyond on many levels. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with welcome gift and many nice gestures throughout our stay.

The breakfast is really nice and the common area has many activities, apart from the usual live cooking stations, such as massage, vendor for souvenirs and handicrafts, pottery and painting activities.

There are activities and excursions throughout the day out of which we enjoyed tremendously - Buddha Blessing & Petit Chef. Both were amazing experiences run well by the staff: Kouron and Kim San.

We were impressed by all members of the staff that we interacted with, from the General Manager to each and every member of the staff. They were always friendly and prompt in response to our queries and requests without fail!

However, we would like to specially mention Chef Kim San who went out of his way to make us feel at home. On our second night, we were quite tired from excursions and wanted a simple meal in the room. Chef Kim San went out of his way on a very busy night to cook an Indian dish not on the menu for us and made it just perfect. It was truly taste of home for us!

On the third night, we wanted to enjoy the Petit Chef experience and we were accommodated at last minute by him and his team. He also modified the vegetarian menu on our request minutes before the event. The dishes served were delicious and testament to his skill as master chef but also understanding of flavour profiles to build imaginative and diverse menu!

My family and I stayed at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap for four nights over the Christmas holiday. The hotel really nails the balance of western amenities and comfort and authentic local charm. Every night at the restaurant, our kids participated in the candle boat ceremony and watched the dancing.

We also did two hotel-scheduled events: gingerbread house making, and the local noodle making tour, both hosted by the baker Sarath. He did a fantastic job of catering to our children, and they really enjoyed the local experience.
