The hotel is exceptional. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. But the best aspect of the hotel is its staff! Always there to help you. We spent 6 nights at the hotel, and we already want to come back.
Personnel accueillant aux petits soins , belle chambre propre

We had the most wonderful experience at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, the staff were simply amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay.
The facilities are top-notch and beautifully maintained, and the dining experience was fantastic with delicious food on offer. Our room was lovely, spacious, and designed with such elegance and comfort.
This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Siem Reap even better. We couldn't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return!
Best location. Amazing service and hospitality as usual as always. Staff are all very attentive and helpful. The hotel also provides daily tour to the temples with experienced tour guides. Highly recommended.
Impeccable service - friendly staff - good location - beautiful room (deluxe) - an oasis in the busy town. We will come again.
Stayed three nights here and first time writing a tripAdvisor review since it’s now my best Park Hyatt experience. Got upgraded to a gorgeous rooftop suite as a globalist benefit. Breakfast was amazing, I love the fresh coconut, french toast and the wok fried noodles with beef. Khmer lunch/dinner were also great. All staff are extremely warm and welcoming during my stay, would recommend to anyone visiting Angkor Wat
The spa and the service is amazing. Highly recommend
Nice hotel and good location. Rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful. Close to restaurants and easy to get around. Enjoyed our stay.
Fabulous location.Wonderful staff. Thanks to Champna in the Greenhouse for ensuring my husband was cared for with ginger tea as unfortunetly he was not well during our stay.
The private steam room was prepared especially for us which was a wonderful experience too. The pool was lovely but got rather busy with some guests playing music of their own on their phones which spoilt the ambiance. There was a sign to remind every
one to consider others to no avail .
Couryard experiences of pottery, floral design, fan making and massage was great. Didnt have a chance to try the painting. Brilliant gentlement preparing coconuts every morning.
Buffet breakfast great choices of fruit, pastries and pancakes. First night we were given set menus and there appeared far too much food so we opted for European food. We were asked to sit outside to watch the dancing. Although the dancing was excellent it was not a good choice in the heat of the evening which probably made my husband ill. Try the menu which is all day in the long dark corridor.
Due to the hotel design there are no outside windows everything happens from the courtyard for privacy ,its colours are dark so ot can be claustrophobic. The Glass house where you can have light bites is sn airy venue.
Brilliant Deluxe Tuk tuk drive offered. Ideal placement for visiting Angor Wat.
Great hotel for staff services and location ...............................................................
Park Hyatt Siem Reap is at the heart of the city, and about an hours drive from the airport, SAI. There is both on street parking as well as limited hotel parking. The hotel is built in a courtyard style, with open areas on the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor you will find a nice outdoor pool, the outdoor Dining room in the courtyard and the Living room, which is an air-conditioned part of the courtyard. On the first floor is a bigger outdoor pool area, a full service spa as well as a good size gym. The rooms are nice and big with hardwood floors and imperial style furniture and fixtures with nice styled bathrooms. The service and food is exemplary, and try the Japanese afternoon tea, it's excellent! Should you want to check out local bars and restaurants, then everything is within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. A great hotel in the centre of town.
We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Park Hyatt. Our room faced the courtyard and was so quiet! The pool and gym were amazing and appreciated. Service throughout the hotel is top notch. Be sure to head to the bar during happy hour for 1/2 off specials. Breakfast was vast with even more on the menu. Plenty of filtered water in the room and the mango was the best we've ever tried! Thanks for the peaceful stay.
Hyatt
Simply superb stay at this gorgeous Park Hyatt in Siem Reap. It was our first trip to Cambodia - we came because of Angkor Wat but, thanks to the Hyatt, experienced so much more. We stayed four nights in March but could easily have stayed a week. Incredible people, lovely customs, superb food both in the hotel and in Siem Reap.
Before we came, we arranged a number of incredible experiences/activities with Bunthorn at the hotel including tours to the temples (cycling and TukTuk), a cooking class, a cultural tour, a private yoga session and a wonderful couples massage. All memorable. Kudos to the team at the hotel for highlighting these on the hotel website, making them easy to understand & book. In our years traveling, we’ve never seen a hotel highlight activities so well. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were really good. The food was delightful- we ate wonderful breakfasts there daily. Each morning was quite a cultural experience in itself as they showcased many handicrafts & culinary aspects of Cambodia/Siem Reap. In the evenings, we dined at the hotel with local music & dance and at the many restaurants within walking distance- TukTuks were also so easy to find.
We highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful team. Thank you.
My partner and I stayed at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap for 3 nights on our first trip to Asia. We had never been to Cambodia before, and the trip was made particularly special due to the accommodation at Park Hyatt Siem Reap.
We booked the Park Privilege stay in one of the few Park Executive Suites on the property, inclusive of round-trip transportation to/from Siem Reap International Airport. From the moment we were picked up, we were pampered with water, cold towels, and traditional Cambodian snacks like dried bananas, and spiced nuts. The airport is 1 hour from the centre of Siem Reap where the hotel is located, and so the expedited immigration and hotel organised transport made the journey go quickly.
Upon arrival, we were escorted to the Living Room, a space filled with plush couches and chairs, and we were immediately offered a welcome drink from a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. We don’t drink, so it was lovely to see an arrangement of mocktails and tea on the menu. Check-in was relaxed, which was particularly nice after a long day of travel.
We were then given a tour of the main entrance space, in which an impressive Banyan tree looms over the central courtyard where daily breakfast and nightly dinner/cultural shows are offered adjacent to the Dining Room. The breakfast at Park Hyatt Siem Reap was perhaps our favourite part of our stay (we never enjoyed dinner at the hotel). It came with typical buffet-style pastries, fruits, salads, etc, but the best part was the a la carte dishes from the menu including very tasty Cambodian classics (a must order!). Each morning, local craftspeople bordered the courtyard offering everything from Cambodian waffles and coffee to painting and pottery activities. The pottery in the hotel was sourced from local Khmer Ceramics (which we also visited—and highly recommend). The cultural highlights really made the hotel seem connected to the local community.
The hotel treated us to a celebratory cake for a personal celebration and other treats upon arrival. We also received a daily supply of fruits and water, which, in combination with the private plunge pool, was a great way to refresh throughout the day. Our room was well equipped with Le Labo Bergamote 22 products in the bathroom. Although we barely saw the housekeeping, the room was kept spotless and nightly turndown service was always completed on our return.
Our stay wasn’t perfect—the air conditioning was broken in our room on the first night. However, the hotel responded promptly and sent someone to address the issue. There was also some confusion on arrival as to our room number and some last minute changes. Overall, though, the service was amazing. We were greeted by name each morning at breakfast, the staff remembered our coffee orders, and were made aware of our tours and inquired about the day on our return. Given the price, we are still unsure of the value especially considering how inexpensive everything else is in Cambodia.
We booked the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour through the hotel and were impressed by the organisation. Before departure at 5am, pastries, coffee, and water were arranged in the lobby complementary for the guests. After seeing the Angkor Wat sunrise and tour of the main temple, we were given the option of boxed breakfast or to return to the hotel for breakfast. We chose to return to the hotel, and recommend this if you also book the sunrise tour (don’t miss out on the Cambodian specialty menu items!). We then went back to finish the tour at ~9am. Our concierge also matched us with an excellent tour guide.
One final note: we had no idea that USD was widely accepted in Cambodia, and that includes the hotel. While we were able to exchange some small bills, the hotel operates with USD, as do most of the local businesses. Exchanging Cambodian currency prior to arrival really isn’t that necessary.
TLDR: overall, the relaxed but attentive atmosphere made our stay. The location is perfect, and the services offered were streamlined, easy, and personal.
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. Location was perfect and in the heart of town. Service was impeccable, and all staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Marylin made our stay feel extra special!
The hotel provides a remarkable experience not available anywhere else. The site is gorgeous, the staff extremely attentive and professional and the food service impressive. A must visit hotel!
