Pros:

Bien situé et le personnel est sympa

Cons:

Cet établissement n’a absolument rien d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il mérite tout au plus 2 étoiles.

Tout est très basique et particulièrement inconfortable. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées : il est impossible de dormir tant on entend le moindre bruit provenant de la rue : conversations, pas, les repas…..

La qualité de la literie est également inacceptable pour un établissement qui se prétend 4 étoiles. Nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil de la nuit.

C’est sans aucun doute l’une de mes pires expériences hôtelières.

Wonderful staff and beautiful stay
Pros:

The hotel was fabulous because of location and the friendly, caring staff, especially Itsaso. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. You are located right on the Main Street but it is so quiet. The price is well worth it! This is a magical town and the perfect place to stay.

Perfecta.
Pros:

Sobretodo la atención que fue excelente. La habitación muy limpia y acogedora. La zona muy céntrico en el casco antiguo.
