Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, a little far and some electric issues. Overall good stay.
Pros:

Room was very spacious and had all the amenities. Staff was kind and provided extra blankets when asked. Decent location, not too far from transport. The extra sofa bed was also comfortable and the shower was fantastic.

Cons:

The bathroom bidet was leaking throughout our stay. The lights and sockets in the bedroom did not work. Although beds were comfortable, the pillows could have been better.

Pros:

Having my own kitchenette (I have food allergies issues).
Being on the same floor as the laundrette :-).
Secured building.
Room was at the back so was quiet.
Convenient with local public transport.

Cons:

Swimming pool could be opened longer hours. Did not get a chance to go.
I asked several times to get a pair of scissors but was declined.

bon choix qualité prix au centre de Bruxelles
Pros:

Très spacieux, calme, propre, très bon petit déjeuner. Malgré quelques contrariétés, j'y reviendrais avec plaisir !
Car je connais maintenant le fonctionnement.

Cons:

Dommage qu'à l'accueil beaucoup de personnes ne parlent qu'anglais. Et n'expliquent pas grand chose !
Il faut poser beaucoup de questions et revenir plusieurs fois à l'accueil car l'info n'était pas précise !
Accès aux chambres ; on nous dit que c'est par l'extérieur à gauche, c'est tout !
Accès et sorties du parking : on ne savait pas qu'il fallait repasser à l'accueil à chaque sortie ; on s'est retrouvé coincé en haut de la pente de sortie. etc... Quelle perte de temps !
Il serait bien de mettre dans la chambre toutes les consignes.
La chambre n'était pas préparée avec les draps du canapé lit comme demandé avant par mail , mais un monsieur très aimable est très vite arrivé après réclamation. Cependant, il fallait mieux s'en rendre compte bien avant de se coucher ! Ce qui était notre cas.

Encantador sitio, volvería a hospedarme allí sin duda si volviera a Bruselas

Muy buena ubicación, muy fácil el transporte, tienes metro bus todo cerca, el personal muy atento, el desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

Habitación 158 hay un daño en la calefacción pero nos cambiaron la habitación y allí fue todo perfecto

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoile prime les équipements doivent être renouvelés. Chauffage à revoir et à moderniser le lave-vaisselle à changer et l'isolation côté fenêtres à vérifier.
Le prix est un peu excessif
