Restroom. For an appartement, it'll be good to have two. One for the main room and another one for children or third person. The same for the bathroom

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del Parlamento Europeo. Parqueo fácil tanto externo como interno (con pago en ambos casos)
También nos gustó el tamaño de la suite
La zona de lavado no requiere pago y es muy buena

Pros:

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a quiet location. A little old-fashioned in style, but fully functional, comfortable, and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, and the large, sturdy sofa easily converts into a full-size bed, making it ideal for sleeping. Located in a nice and safe neighborhood with excellent train and bus connections, making it easy to reach all the main sights.

a good hotel. would recommend. please be aware this hotel takes deposit from you. 50 euro a day
Pros:

excellent location for train and metro. area very quiet and safe

Cons:

curtain broken. I reported in the morning but curtain was still not fixed until i return to hotel in the afternoon
toilet roll holder was broken. had to put toilet roll on top of toilet tank.
hotel needs to pay attention and get the maintenance team to deal with these kind of little repairs

Zwembad was dicht ondanks daarover ge emaild te hebben. Geen excuses of iets. Verkeerde bedrag bij nota en te veel van creditcard afgeschreven. Oude en bescahdigde kamers,onvriendelijk personeel. Niet wat ik gewend ben van Marriot

Easy check in process, good location and lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Amenities listed on booking such as access to swimming pool and air conditioning not available. Pool had been closed for maintenance and not advised and air conditioning not working making the stay very uncomfortable.
