Все понравилось , чистенько и приятно

Cons:

Мне не понравился персонал , не все конечно , но были люди при общении с которыми я чувствовала себя некомфортно, их высокомерное общение давало мне понять о том , что я из низшего общества . Так же получилось с парковкой , я заплатила за сутки , спросила как долго моя машина может там находиться, мне сказали, сколько угодно, только не уточнили , что это будет прилично стоить , если я не ошибаюсь , то 4,5 час ( но это не точно) То есть мне не могли ответить как они считают сутки . По выезду я пришла оплачивать парковку , и мне прилично насчитали сверху, несмотря на то , что мы выезжали раньше , чем выселение , потом получилось так , что при выезде , не открывался шлагбаум и мне пришлось бегать с одного отеля в другой чтобы выяснять почему я не могу выехать , пока все это происходило , закрылись ворота , а на парковку ты можешь попасть только через отель, где ресепшен, а не через тот отель , где шлагбаум, в общем я получила много стресса , что касается самого отеля и расположения, то мне все понравилось.

Rent og pent, og veldig praktisk, men litt å gå på når det gjelder service.
Pros:

Veldig praktisk med eget kjøkken, selvom det kunne trengt litt oppgradering. Vasken var løs, og ene skapdøren ødelagt. Vi fikk opprinnelig et rom i samme etasje som de malte så luktet veldig kraftig, men fikk byttet til en annen etasje hvor lukten var mindre dominerende. Vasken var likevel løs på begge rom.

Cons:

Litt varierende informasjon fra personalet. Det ble ble annet trukket 150 euro mer enn opprinnelig pris, uten at det ble gitt beskjed om at dette var et depositum. I tillegg tok vi for gitt at det var daglig tømming av søppel, men den ble aldri tømt gjennom oppholdet vårt. Videre var det beskjed om at frokosten var 06:30, når den først åpnet 07:00. Småting alt i alt, men likevel irriterende. Kunne også vært utstyrt med flere oppvasktabletter og ruller tørkepapir.

Pros:

Hotel znajduje się w okolicy centrum, więc wszędzie można dojść na spokojnie piechotą. Okolica jest spokojna, więc wieczorami można odpocząć nie słuchając ciagłych krzyków klientów barów i restauracji co uważam za plus

Tegenvallend hotel ondanks heel aardig personeel.
Pros:

De ruimte in het appartement, keuken en badkamer goed.

Cons:

De gordijnen in de kamer waren kapot. Waardoor te weinig verduistering en om 6.00 u wakker. Ventilatiesysteem te dominant
Er was een verbouwing NAAST ons app. Vanaf 8.15 hameren en iets later veel boren.
Ook smiddags continu herrie hiervan. Na onze klacht kregen we gratis ontbijt. Dat was wel attent maar deze kamer had niet geboekt mogen worden.
Het zwembad was al een maand out of order. Dit stond niet op de site. Echt een teleurstelling.
Al met al geen fijn verblijf helaas.

Chambre confortable, service pas à la hauteur en cas de problème
Pros:

La localisation est bonne. La chambre (pour 2 adultes et un enfant) a une configuration très agréable avec un vrai salon, un coin cuisine bien équipée, et la chambre séparée avec salle de bain.

Cons:

Alors que j’avais réservé pour 3 personnes, le canapé lit n’avait pas été préparé ; obligé de redescendre à l’accueil et attendre longtemps avant de pouvoir parler à un membre du personnel (très sympa) qui a pu me dépanner.
Il y avait une fuite d’eau dans la chambre, venant du détecteur de fumée, plic plic plusieurs fois par minute.
La porte du frigo n’était plus attachée à sa planche de décoration, rendant difficile l’ouverture.

Zero réponse via la conversation entamée par l’hôtel sur l’appli, annonçant que c’était par ce biais qu’on pouvait faire part de nos remarques.
Alors que j’ai fait état de ces dysfonctionnements à la réception de l’hôtel, hormis les draps rien n’a été fait, aucune communication ni rien.
