Pros:

The breakfast here was great and it was good to have access to the pool and gym between flights. The rooms are well insulated so you can sleep at any time if you are jetlagged.

Good for short airport stay
Pros:

We stayed for one night in transit between flights, and it was a good spot for a short stay with everything you need at the hotel.

Cons:

Although it is close to the airport, it can still be a bit tricky to get to. It would be helpful if the hotel emailed guests clearer options on how to get there from the airport, as there are a few transport options we weren’t aware of.

I would definetely recommend for flights to and from Heathrow
Pros:

Great fun in the swimming pool.
Lovely evening meal and breakfast

We had asked for feather free bedding to be provided in one of the rooms. When we checked both duvets and pillows were feathers. The staff quickly rectified the situation when asked

Staff got drinks wrong and was so late coming breakfast was missing toast pillows smelt like domes head and Smokey toilet roll is cheap and thin nand no mini bar very disappointing for 199 for the night
