Matig verblijf

Cons:

Persoonlijk vond ik alles in het hotel matig. De kamer was helemaal niet schoon. Er lagen stukken eten onder het bed. Het ontbijt was beperkt. De kaas uitgedroogd. Tweede dag heb ik geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Daar was geen compensatie voor. Prijs kwaliteit over het algemeen niet in verhouding dus.

Terrible not going again , much better options nearby in price range
Pros:

Limited breakfast options and food was finished around 9 am . Not many options for kids , no cutlery on the table , tea not served , we had to ask for everything, not dene thing that you would expect from marriott

Cons:

Hidden charged on check in. Charged us 50 pounds per night extra and nothing in the fridge in room

Excellent stay with great service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location
Pros:

The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, providing a good night’s sleep despite being close to Heathrow Airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The lobby and communal areas were spacious and welcoming, and the location was very convenient for airport travel. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value and a pleasant stay.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike. The only minor improvement would be more complimentary parking options

We loved our stay and is perfect for family with kids, incase they want to spend time in and around London Heathrow Airp
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and spacious perfect for a family of 4 with kids. My kids enjoyed in swimming pool and the restaurant. The location is good since it’s close to airport and taxi rental. But it’s a bit far away from main city centre if anybody wants to explore the city centre. But the property is too good. The breakfast is also really good.

Cons:

Just that they did not share WiFi access code initially and had to call them to get it. Also parking is not free and has to pay separately for it. Did not expect this from hotel chain like Marriott.

Bonvoy ease at Terminal 2
Pros:

Dinner and Breakfast in the hotel - easy and tasty. As an overnight stop between travel segments, it was so relaxing to have access to a restaurant. The staff at Carlucci's is to be commended - they are all friendly, professional and caring.

Cons:

The pillows were plentiful but very soft. Not sure if I could have asked for something else.
