Great location
Pros:

Clean spacious room with a great shower and comfy bed.
Bar area downstairs was good and staff were all really friendly.
Perfect location in central Reading.

Cons:

I'm a fairly deep sleeper so not an issue for me but when I was dropping off and when I woke the noise from the dual carriageway was very noticeable. If you're a light sleeper I'd mention this when checking in.
Minor niggles - the shower gel is pretty high up on the wall. There is no mirror apart from in the bathroom. The desk could do with a mirror nearby or there should be a plug outside the bathroom for hair straighteners etc.

Zimmer ok, Personal nett, Frühstück ok, es gibt viel Auswahl

Cons:

Ein Hotel für junge Leute (wir sind älter) mit einem teilweise überforderten Aufzug auf den man lange warten musste. Man kann nicht am Hotel über Nacht parken, den Rabatt für das Parkhaus konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil die dafür erforderliche Internetanmeldung für das öffentliche Parkhaus von uns, da die Karten von uns warum auch immer nicht akzeptiert wurden, nicht genutzt werden konnte. Die Rühreier und der Speck beim Frühstück waren kalt.

Will not return!
Cons:

The bedding situation is weird. They don't have any duvets in the building larger than a single, so a Queen bed has 2 single duvets.

The room had stains on the walls and outdated decor. There was also a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. There was also people in the surrounding rooms smoking and when I mentioned it to staff there was no interest in being able to solve the issue.

I didn't even bother with Breakfast.

Comfortable and good value for money
Pros:

I asked for a quiet room and they put me at the end of the corridor overlooking the back, which was perfect! I slept very well. The bed was huge and comfortable and no nuisance background noise. I didn’t use the facilities so no idea how they were but given the rest I’m sure they were good. Overall very good value for money.

Pros:

Very large and comfortable bed. Decent sized, quiet room. Reasonable breakfast.

Cons:

The entrance takes you to a rather garish gambling pub - takes some getting used to. Not very nice or welcoming.

Extremely noisy
Pros:

A one night Saturday night stay.
Allocated a room on fourth floor.
Very dark corridors with extremely poor lighting and depressing decor.
Nice size room but decor not to our taste. Limited complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee.
Extremely noisy as very close to busy roads.
Not a good nights sleep unfortunately although bed comfortable.
The breakfast was adequate although staff unfriendly.
We would not re visit this hotel as area was not to our liking.

Good location in the city centre and close to the train station.
Pros:

King-sized bed. Check out on Sundays at 3pm. All the games are free to play in the lobby. Hosted salsa social on Saturday evening during our stay.

Cons:

Window doesn’t open, but AC works. Lack of light for reading in the room. Not good soundproofing from the hallway.

Pros:

The beds are really comfortable. And the staff are friendly.

Cons:

It was quite loud as you could hear people in the bar downstairs. The breakfast is really nice but really expensive. Nearly £20 per person! Also, we really really really wish you would sort out your Chromecast! The corridors are so dark that we struggled to see to get our key card in the door.
