AFTER YEARS OF USING THIS EVIL COMPANY, I WAS BASICALLY ROBBED BY RESIDENCE INN & NEEDED BOOKINGS.COM HELP & THEY WERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. SENDING ME ON A GOOSE CHASE IN THEIR WEBSITE, I WAS TRICKED INTO PAYING FOR SOME 3RD PARTY COMPANY IN ORDER TO TALK TO A HUMAN. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOOKINGS.COM GO DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL WEBSITE ITSELF AND YOU GET MUCH BETTER SUPPORT IN CASE OF A PROBLEM. WHEN BOOKING THRU BOOKINGS.COM, HOTELS GIVE YOU THEIR ABSOLUTE WORST ROOMS. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS MANY TIMES BUT IT ALL FELL ON DEAF EARS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOOKINGS.COM

Everything about that hotel was terrible specially the employees. It is not worth the money.

Cons:

I don’t like how you have to pay for parking. Do they expect us to walk. To stay there? $25 per car is crazy. We should get to park our car for free.

It was great we have no complaints.
Pros:

We were happy with the front desk staff when we arrived. The two woman were very helpful and friendly. We loved it was close to food and stores and that they also had a market a inside the just in case you may need anything after hours.

Cons:

Our AC in room 414 stopped working after 40 min of us getting there. We are not sure if something happened to it or if we didn't know how to accurately work it. We let front desk know at check out as it wasn't a big deal.

Pros:

I enjoyed the the fact that the central air and heat both worked very well, it was quiet and peaceful. Staff was great. Definitely going to stay here again in the near future.

Nice area, enjoy our stay
Pros:

The room was a nice size, my granddaughter enjoy the pool. Restaurants and other stores close by; Costco, Sam’s Club very convenient to put gas at lower price! Most of the staff were attentive!

Cons:

I always check to make sure I’m not leaving anything important behind; we were rushing out and I didnt realized until we got home and I was unpacking that I left my partial denture that cost me about $300-400! I called right away, I spoke to Molly, and she said she was going to call me back. When I called back she told me that the housekeepers were done and getting ready to leave and nothing was return! I thought she would go or ask someone to check with the maid when I called! So I called the next morning; spoke to Phillip, manager or assistant; he put me on hold to check with the person cleaning that floor and came back, and said nothing was found. I know the maid had to see it cause I left in a regular coffee cup (porcelain). That’s was very disappointed that the maid didn’t care about checking with her supervisor to see if the item was something they needed to put in Lost and Found instead of just throw it away!!
