Excellent breakfast; room was very clean (and not threadbare or needed a facelift); heating / AC worked well; good location and easy parking; staff at reception were all very friendly, spoke English and were helpful
While good quality overall it felt a bit spartan/basic; but it was fine - we don not really need too much fancy stuff!
