Hotel Santo Stefano - nur zu empfehlen
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Portoferraio ist sehr schön. Das Hotel liegt absolut ruhig am Ende einer Straße. Das Essen auf der Terrasse des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Menü ist zu empfehlen.

Hôtel superbe
Pros:

L'emplacement est superbe, dans un environnement très calme. Les chambres sont indépendantes, cela fait penser à des petits appartements et elles sont très propres. Le petit déjeuner délicieux. Un lieu paradisiaque pour les vacances.

Good accommodation!
Pros:

The view was very nice and the breakfast was so good. For dinner I wasn't so satisfied but I ate just one time for dinner there.

Cons:

A little bit far away from Portoferraio not 10 min like in description.

Pros:

Eine kleine, familiengeführte Pension, super Frühstücksbuffet, feines Abendmenu, wählbar oder a la carte, faire Preise. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt.

Missing pool and poor service
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Outstanding view.

Cons:

There was no pool. We filtered the accommodation for a pool. We were disappointed to find out that there was none.

We also had a discussion with the owner about additional charges for our dog and waiting in line for an invoice.

We got the invoice the next day.
