Cons:

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the female employee treated us rudely, saying "no" to our every question. The next day, when we asked where breakfast was, she told us we couldn't have breakfast there. Even after we asked her to check the system, she was dismissive. After we insisted, she checked the system and said "okay," but then she insisted us to sit at a dirty, two-person table, even though there was a person there and was sitting at a four-person table. I told her that other people had just left and the table was dirty, Also I said her that she should be more polite to us. Then her attitude changed. But for two days she was always rude and made everything difficult.

Cons:

Na het boeken kwamen we erachter dat we eigenlijk een jaar te jong waren, we belde het hotel en ze zeiden ons dat we niet meer konden komen. De dag erna had ik opnieuw contact via chat en konden we toch komen, dit werd bevestigd in de avond. We deden er alles aan om zo snel mogelijk er te geraken, maar miste onze trein aansluiting waardoor we er niet voor 22u geraakte, maar pas om 22:15. We mochten niet meer komen.

amazing value for money
Pros:

Check in was easy, the lady extremly helpful and she even offered me a much better room with a terrace overlooking the city... and the small littel table in the morning with coffee and sweet treats was just a nice surprise! thank you!

Awsome central location with all you need!
Pros:

An excellent choice within walking distance from the train station and with many restaurant options close.by. Large, comfortable and clean room, very friendly staff, will definitely be my favorite for Düsseldorf center stay.

Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet ..Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut

Cons:

Aufzug war kaputt. 4 Stockwerke mit Gepäck hochlaufen. Heizung im Bad ging nicht.8

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Das Beste war das Frühstück. Wir waren sehr überrascht, als wir zum Frühstücksbuffet eingeladen wurden, und ganz ehrlich, es war sehr lecker. Danke nochmal dafür.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr warm.
Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Buena ubicación
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, la ubicación es fenomenal y la vista en la terraza es genial, si usas flixbus es súper cerca a la estación. Aunque no guardan el equipaje luego del check-out, están a 4 minutos de la Hauptbahnhof y allí podrán rentar lockers por 4 € 24h. Definitivamente su ubicación es algo bastante positivo.

Cons:

El olor de la lencería de la cama y las toallas, todo olía a cigarrillo, nada agradable, el ascensor no estaba en servicio y el hospedaje queda en los dos últimos pisos del edificio; el agravante es que el recorrido de las escaleras estaba sucio con mucho polvo botellas de cerveza y gaseosa desocupadas en el piso que también estaba como con un tapete pegado con cinta, deja una sensación de descuido y antihigienico.

Die Lagge ist. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es gab in der Nacht ein zwei ständiges Hupkonzert. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war die Lautstärke unerträglich. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.
