We zijn na 2 uur vertrokken.
Cons:

Wij wisten dat het basic zou zijn, maar bij aankomst bleek de hut op het strand een open strook te hebben boven het raam, waar de insecten zo naar binnen konden vliegen en het 'bed' was een matras op de grond met een klamboe.
Er was een soort terrasje van een paar tafels met hangmatten. De eigenaren lagen links en rechts van ons in de hangmat. Wij dachten dat het duidelijk was als je gaat zitten dat je iets wilt eten of drinken, maar ze bleven op hun mobiel filmpjes kijken. Na roepen en in het Vietnamees vragen of we iets konden eten, hielp niet. Toen ik een petje omhoog gooide, zag ze het. Basic is leuk, maar dit was vies en onopgeruimd.

Udaljenost od grada, buke i gužve..Ljubazna familija koja se stvarno trudi da bude dobar domaćin..Ukusna hrana koju spremaju..petlovi i koke po dvorištu, more i plaža uglavnom čisti..

Pros:

Ведут хозяйство две молодые энергичные женщины, работают с раннего утра и до позднего вечера, растят детей и делают всё возможное. Место для тех, кто любит быть на природе, на берегу реки. Очень удобно, что здесь можно заказать еду по меню, голодными не останетесь. Хозяйки очень приветливые, всегда с улыбкой, стараются помочь вам, поэтому гостей у них всегда много.

Cons:

Туалет и душ находятся далеко, спать пришлось на полу в хижине, ноги постоянно в песке, моей собачке сложно было гулять, три большие собаки не давали ей покоя.

Le côté sauvage de l'hôtel avec vue sur la mer. L'endroit est atypique mais génial si on est un peu Robinson. Location de scooter très bien.

Bra mat. Lugnt läge. Bra personal. Mysiga bungalows. Bra mat.

Cons:

Vill man ha en fin strand precis vid boendet så passar inte detta. Man behöver ta sig en bra bit från boendet för att hitta detta, men det finns motorbikes att hyra billigt. Mycket lugnt läge, så det måste man vara beredd på. För oss passade det utmärkt. Vi hyrde motorbike under alla dagar vi bodde här och besökte alla delar av ön och olika stränder. På kvällen återvände vi till lugnet vid vårt boende. Skönt!

Pros:

excellent stuff, good meals, few nice small shops in surrounding, perfect ice coffee and limonades at Mộc Coffee (2 km from the Local Beach), can rent a bikes for free. Motor scooter for appr. 5 EUR / day.

Cons:

It is far away from the airport, taxi appr. 12 EUR (by Grab), if you are living in the "wooden" cottage (like in attached pic), you can hear everything during the night. If you would like to sleep with your family, recommend you to use the concrete cottage. Please bear in mind that sea is not always close the cottage :) you are close to the sea, but there is not place for sunshining (it is under palms).

An amazing stay in the north west of Phu Quoc. A fantastic place to explore the east coast by scooter.
Pros:

Loved the location away from the mainstream tourist spots. Staff were all very helpful. Very chilled vibe. Very old school.

Unique, local, great value beachfront accomodation, leave the crowds behind
Pros:

A real local, authentic holiday experience in a remote location on Phu Quoc, far from crowded and fake tourist areas. Loved my beachfront shack - rustic and simple but unique. Great value! Comfortable bed with mosquito net plus fan kept me just right in February. Similar to Glamping’.
Note shared bathroom facilities for the shacks and the ocean is very tidal - will be sand flats for half the day out front. Great value scooter hire and fishing/snorkelling/dinner 3-5hr tour depending on your preference. Great base to explore the east coast and avoid the crowds. And absolutely lovely staff!!

Cons:

Maybe just the showers could have better pressure.

Pour quelques nuits en mode Robinson Crusoe, loin de tout 🥰
Pros:

Pour un moment hors du temps, avec quasi rien autour, en mode Robinson Crusoe, c’est un endroit parfait, très chill et dépaysant, bungalow en bois et bambou, les pieds presque dans l’eau de la mer 🤩

Cons:

Le confort est minimum, toilettes communes un peu éloignées et eau à peine tiède, mais si on vient ici, c’est pour justement ce type d’expérience, donc c’est ok 👌
