Convenient, clean, and budget-friendly location!
Pros:

This was in a perfect location and within walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, too. It is an older property, but it was recently renovated with some modern touches. If you are looking for a budget -friendly location, this is a greatt place to stay!

Nice place, extremely nice staff.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Room was fine.

We had an incident: 5 drunk girls were in the room above us. The hotel told us it was a clear violation for 5 girls to be there, but the girls lied to the hotel (they checked in only 2). They were extremely loud at 2 am. Staff told me I should have phoned the staff at 2 am to handle it.....staff was very apologetic, and i should have phoned instead of tossing and turning in bed.

Cons:

No place to hang towels - that was annoying.

Also, the place is indeed newly done, but already there were gaps in the floor linoleum pièces and the little microwave clock was broken, so unsure if the novelty will hold.

Enjoyable and safe stay there is some repairs that need to be done to the doors. The rubber on the side of the doors is
Pros:

Staff were great and friendly. Everything was conveniently located ice the rental office the pool and outside fenced in sitting area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we did not feel that the pool was very clean when we got in at the first day. It seemed to be quite dirty and did not seem like it had enough chlorine in it. We wanted to get in the second day but changed our plans and did other things.

Good budget hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

This is a good budget hotel with a spacious room and in walking distance of many restaurants. The outside facilities -- barbecue and pool area are also nice. Friendly staff.

Cons:

I think it might be better to be located near the water and not near the town.

The Inn on Main is a great place to stay!
Pros:

The location was central to everything in Chincoteague. The outdoor amenities were welcoming. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t enjoy!

Quiet, peaceful stay minutes from the beach
Pros:

It was very quiet, clean, and modern inside. The staff was very friendly, it was on a safe, quiet residential street, and it was a great location.

Cons:

Nothing - really enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

An older motel with many new updates, quiet, comfortable, reasonable cost, and clean. Will return!
Pros:

Although an older motel (I remember when it was the Lighthouse Motel) the remodeling updates were well done and very clean - tiled bath, large new modern sink with mirror, new flooring, and comfortable King bed with nightstands and desk, and TV. Loved the larger retro mini-refrigerator and microwave and the single use Keurig. Despite having a room right beside Main Street, we never heard any traffic. The pool, although small, was clean with a refreshing water temperature, with such comfortable lounge chairs and even pool towels much to my surprise. What a nice touch!

Cons:

The only improvement I would suggest is to have at least some sort of towel rack. We did use the towel bar under the sink, but another one would be helpful.

Our booking was only for 2 nights which is about all my body could handle on that bed.
Pros:

Great location. Room was a great size, clean and updated.

Cons:

Bed was way too soft. Dampness in the room.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

The inn met my expectations for a great value hotel room in a great location. I liked the screened in patio with a grill tables game tables etc.

Cons:

Some of the creamers for the coffee were soured, and curdled in my coffee. Perhaps they could be stored in the refrigerator, which was large enough for us to keep all our groceries and refreeze our blue ices.
