Pros:

Très proche de centre ville. Le personnel est très aimable. Le parking est effectivement très étroit mais avec l'attention on peut se garer facilement. La chambre est un peu vieillissante, mais par rapport à la qualité et le prix c'est très convenable. Le petit déjeuner copieux. On trouve de tout - salé et sucré.

La qualité de la literie, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’attitude de certains personnels : le jeune homme qui s’est chargé de notre enregistrement a gardé ses écouteurs tout le long et s’est moqué de nous avec sa collègue. Il était par ailleurs débraillé et son comportement relève plus d’une cour d’école que de l’accueil d’un hôtel.

Enough for 2 nights but I have no reason to return.
Pros:

Good ratio of price/quality to other available accommodation at the moment of booking, the room was acceptable and the location was great.

Cons:

First of all, the staff was not pleasant at check-in, but especially at check-out, the woman receptionist did not even say goodbye to us (nevertheless, thank you for your stay, how did you enjoy it, have a safe trip, etc, which in my opinion is good customer service, especially for a four-star hotel). The garage had space for four cars (mind you, the hotel has at least 27 rooms), and it was not easy to park inside, albeit feasible.

+ strategické místo pro cestování MHD (kousek od zastávky tramvaje a 10 minut od stanice metra)
+ prostorný pokoj
+ výborné snídaně (každý den byla menší obměna)
+ velmi milý personál (EN nebyl problém)

Cons:

- okna směřovala do míst, kam z vedlejších kanceláří chodili lidé kouřit (když jste nechali omylem otevřené okno, asi už to cítíte taky)
- poněkud zašlý gauč (ještě se do něj člověk zalepil a nebylo možné se odlepit)
- odtok vody byl zážitek (ze sprchy se stala malá vana)

Mini appartamento con angolo cucina non attrezzato, solo bollitore con bustine tè e caffè, Salottino e camera di dimensioni adeguate. Ok la pulizia e la colazione. Posizione a 8/10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il giorno dell' escursione ci hanno preparato la breakfast box. Qualità prezzo ok, ma in Italia una stella in meno

Świetna lokalizacja, aby na pieszo móc zwiedzić szeroko pojęte Centrum Sofii.
Śniadanie obfite, niekoniecznie urozmaicane w poszczególnych dniach, ale wystarczająco różnorodna możliwość wyboru składników.
