Bed was comfy, access and parking was easy. Street was quiet.

Nothing. The property was very filthy , unhygienic. It looked like they never cleaned the bedsheets nor the towels both had a dirty and disgusting scent.

The poor hygiene, the service and the rudeness of the staff member.

Pros:

Room clean and comfortable.
Communication re overbooking good.
Refund of difference in charges prompt.

Cons:

Double booked so we did not get the room that was booked. I would not have stayed if I knew we were going to share a bathroom with strangers.
When we arrived we were in complete darkness - suggest they put a motion sensor light at the front door!
Power point in room 8 (RHS of bed) not functional
