Acho que o hotel perdeu uma estrela

Sempre gostei muito deste hotel. Esta vez desiludiu

Cons:

Não gostei de um chekin incompleto, não gostei de hotel 5 estrelas não ter quem retire uma mala do quarto ou que as leve ao quarto. Não gostei de ver que continuam vidros partidos no acesso a pisco desde a 2 anos. E não gostei do funcionário das piscina ser desagradável por não ter cartão de crédito introduzido uma vez que foi a falha do chekin, falou muito alto para o meu gosto.

la chambre décor ancien , sale , triste , nous avions une suite de luxe de 70 m carré , pour 1000 e la nuit , taches sur la moquette, lit pour ma fille en fer d appoint pour un enfant de 5 ans minuscule, ma fille a 24 ans , nous pensions avoir un canapé lit , sanitaire avec moisie , et danger sur la terrasse vitre qui ne descend pas jusqu’en bas , mon chien a failli tomber du 9 ieme , personnel désagréable, sauf la responsable Elisa qui nous a aidé a partir de ce cauchemar , elle a été tellement gentille et honnête, merci à elle vraiment , personne exceptionnelle , nous avons passé nos deux jours de vacances à négocier le remboursement des deux jours que nous avons annulé, vacances gâchée, étant bon client chez booking, nous aimerions un geste de votre part , nous sommes tellement triste de cette expérience coûteuse et horrible, si vous pouvez nous tenir au courant de ce que vous pouvez faire pour nous , merci vraiment cordialement Nathalie

Basseng området, veldig rent på hele hotellet, bra frokost

Cons:

Gamle møbler, for gammel stil, burde vært modernisert, personale forstod ikke alltid engelsk, ble litt tull med den ene lunsjen, ineffektivt og dårlig kommunikasjon når ting gikk galt

Wenn man teure Zimmer nimmt alles super die Basiszimmer gehen für einen solchen Standard gar nicht

Wir sind schon öfters hier gewesen und haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt .

Cons:

Dieses Mal hatten wir normale Zimmer gebucht leider mussten wir feststellen das wir alle Zimmer bekommen haben , die nach hinten raus auf einen hässlichen Hinterhof mit zeigten und der sehr laute Klimaanlagen Geräusche von sich gab , dass ging gar nicht .
Als ich mich darüber beschwert habe wurde mir gesagt das wäre nun mal so und ich könne ein Upgrade für zwei Nächte von 190€ machen .
Leider waren auch alle Mitreisenden sehr enttäuscht von den Zimmern

El trato, la comida tanto del desayuno bufet como del Restaurante. El spa muy bien también y la habitación con vistas al mar.

La almohada, había 2, muy dura o muy blanda. Pero entiendo que esto es más personal...

Все було прекрасно, обовʼязково повернемось!
Pros:

Сподобалось все! Сервіс топ, дуже смачні блюда в основному ресторані. Гарні просторі номери, все чисто, доглянуто. Персонал неймовірно привітний. Ми з чоловіком проведи прекрасні 3 дні і залишились дуже приємні спогади про відпочинок.
