Overall acceptable but our standard room is not 5 star, lacking a separate shower to the bath

Cons:

Desk staff were cold and uninviting, we had requested a hotel shuttle from the airport but it never showed up. Front desk were ambivalent about it.

A very nice place to enjoy Cascais with such a great view
Pros:

Very nice and impressive hotel. Good inside parking facilities. Room was great and spacious. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of everything.swimming pool is quite large with a wonderful view on the ocean.

I would highly recommend staying here, everything was amazing!
Pros:

Amazing hotel, the room was stunning, staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and the food was all delicious. As a solo traveller my expectations were completely exceeded. Location is also great, just outside of the main town only about a 10min walk along the gorgeous coastal promenade into central Cascais. Couldn’t recommend staying here more, I’ll certainly be back.
