Perfectly adequate reasonably priced hotel in expensive busy Dubrovnik.
Pros:

if you have a water view, it is all that!. If not, it is forgettable. One of the very best european style breakfasts. Excellent staff, especially Paula. about 4km from old town Dubrovnik but the #4 bus is easy to use (just tell the driver how many; he'll enter it, and you tap your credit card). It's directly across from the hotel. (Driver's are probably the worst thing about Croatia. They'll leave without you; they'll ignore your stop, one hit a taxi...but the #4 goes from the hotel to Pile Gate. Very walkable to Lapad area, superb restaurants, and a gorgeous promenade around the Lapad area. I believe it has its own beach, spa, and restaurant.

Cons:

Really needs some TLC. Some rooms face an ugly patio. Some showers are in tubs with a lethal slippery curved bottom which is 4" above the bathroom floor, making it very easy to fall or lose your balance in the shower and when getting out. Couldn't get the a/c to work in any of the 3 rooms we were in (we were there at the beginning and end of a bike tour).

Pros:

Localização, tem ônibus que passa na frente para o old town, ótimo café da manhã, jantar no hotel a preço acessível, tem estacionamento, funcionários ótimos.

Cons:

Os preços dos lanches do bar são muito caros para o tipo de comida que é servido. Muito caros e qualidade baixa.

Séjour touristique à Dubrovnick
Pros:

Établissement confortable situé au calme avec une très belle vue sur la mer adriatique. Facilité du bus dont l’arrêt est situé en face de l’hôtel pour rejoindre le centre historique de Dubrovnik. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Nombreux services mis à disposition à la réception (Réservation de Taxi, achat du pass pour Dubrovnik ...). Grande disponibilité du personnel en particulier je remercie Marco qui était en poste au moment de mon séjour et qui a su répondre à toutes mes demandes avec professionnalisme.

L'emplacement au bord de la mer. L'arrêt de bus à côté de l'hôtel pour aller directement dans le centre. Une belle plage à 200m de l'hôtel ainsi qu'une rue piétonne animée et fournie de bons restaurants.

Cons:

Le buffet à l'hôtel était convenable sans plus.

Um bom hotel.
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente e garçons atenciosos. A vista para o mar é linda! As instalações são mais antigas, mas não deixam a desejar. Não tem elevador.

Cons:

Equipe de recepção poderia ser mais simpática. O colchão mole demais.

La vue sur la mer. Le buffet du petit déjeuner. L’accessibilité aux transports en commun pour aller à la vieille ville.

Cons:

L’hôtel ne correspond ABSOLUMENT pas aux images partagées sur leur fiche d’établissement. À part la vue sur la mer, rien n’est conforme aux photos. L’insonorisation est exécrable. Les lits sont tellement usés qu’on s’enfonce et qu’on atteint le sol, j’ai dû mettre le second coussin sous le matelas pour rehausser le tout. J’ai passé 2 nuits horrible sans pouvoir dormir plus de 3h. Je recommande vivement de prendre un airbnb ou bien un 4/5 etoiles et ne pas être regardant sur le prix car TOUT est cher dans cette ville

Angenehmer und ruhiger Aufenthalt direkt am Meer.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und die Aussicht hinreissend. Das Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet sehr reichhaltig und gut, grosszügiger und schöner Balkon. Der Garten ist schön gestaltet und alles sehr nahe am Strand.

Cons:

Eine Gästekarte für das Benutzen des öffentlichen Verkehrs und Informationen über Abfahrtszeiten vor dem Hotel fehlen. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr altmodisch.
