Pros:

Staff was very kind and helpful.
Room was small but very cosy. There was a small heater in the room.
Bathroom was spacious and clean.
A key was given to access the property after 10pm.
Soap / shampoo smell very good.
It was quiet as well.

Cons:

I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast due to an early excursion - not the hotel's fault.

Pros:

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Elevator for heavy luggage was a plus.
Very comfy beds.
They had lots of amenities (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, tea coffe, TV).
Good breakfast.
Very clear information before arrival.

Cons:

Staff at desk didn't communicate well between each other which made communication with us difficult at arrival, given our unforseen circumstances
However, they were kind enough to listen and try to solve issues in our favour.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and smelled nice. The shower also was comfortable although a bit dark.

Cons:

We couldn’t get extra cheese without ham for breakfast.

Nice smallish town in Southern Chile and the people are so friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Close to a brewpub and the plaza. Best coffee shop next door.

Yvonne at the desk makes all the difference with her team. There is never a ‘No’ in their service commitment.
Pros:

Delightful little apartment hotel. Great beds. Great staff. Clean. Sparkling. Fabulous location.

Cons:

Shower drainage needs attention. Slow drainage and a long time for water to run hot results in a shower standing in some water which is not ideal.
