The door lock was broken, there were silverfish, the tiles in the bathroom were lifting off, the bathroom door wouldn’t even close, there was one light and it was in the corner of the ceiling, the door frame around the bathroom was severely damaged, the door hinges were rusty, the dead bolt to the room was gone/removed or broken, and so much more. The pool was also drained and filled with chairs and the security camera was ripped out of the wall

Water wouldnt get hot , warm at best , tight parking , kitchenette room had very little supplies for cooking , no houseskeping for my 2 week stay . Constantly had to get my room card reset

The front desk staff were great! We only had coffee from the breakfast bar but the selection seemed to be okay.

Cons:

The rooms were absolutely filthy! The first room assigned was so dirty that another was requested. The bed did not look as though it had been changed & there was food stuck to the bathroom wall!! The 2nd room was marginally better however, we did not sleep in the beds. If a couple of rooms per week were given a deep clean, it would make a major difference. The location/access to the HWY, a good restaurant & gas stations, is the reason we booked.

Cons:

This place is a health and safety accident waiting to happen. It’s the second worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

To start - safety was shocking. The wall attachments of the second floor railings were broken and you could easily fall down. The windows were cracked and sharp glass shards were sticking out. I couldn’t find a date on the smoke detector hanging from the roof of the room, and after a google search it indicated that the smoke detector was from the 80s. The tv wasn’t attached to the wall and could easily fall over onto my kids.

Cleanliness - the windows were so full of grime we could harly see out of it. The mattresses had no mattress protectors and looked horrible. We just slept on the covers because getting into the beds felt icky. There was black mold all along the bath. The breakfast section looked horrible, we just skipped it and had breakfast at Tims.

Honestly, I can’t believe this place is still open and haven’t been closed due to safety issues.

Alles an dieser Unterkunft. Die Tapete hat teils gefehlt. Die Waschbecken waren arg kalkig. Als Züge gefahren sind dachten wir kurz es wäre ein Erdbeben.
