Have been here over 6 months and haven’t had many issue and when I do management handles them swiftly!! Love this hotel and the staff and they are always looking out for the best interest of the guest

Staff and convience

The staff is always exceptional. They even kept a package and gave it to me from a previous stay!!!

We checked in late at night, very easy to park, safe and clean. Christian at the front desk was extremely patient and welcoming, special thank you to him for helping us get situated. Overall really great experience, highly recommend!

My experience is the same as it’s been since we have been here! The manager is kind and the staff is wonderful.. the hotel has challenges but I never see the manager sweat any of it! She smiles all the time and brightens up everyone’s day! All the guest love them! The flow and kindness keeps us here and hopefully will continue to do so

The location. You have access to a number of restaurants and stores if you need to pick up something that is needed. It is really close to the freeway and pretty quiet. The staff was very nice very helpful and they seemed to go extra mile.

First thing I want to say is that the manager, Shelby, is absolutely AMAZING! She always goes above and beyond for her guests. From the moment I arrived, she made sure everything was perfect and that I felt completely at home. You can truly tell she takes pride in what she does — her professionalism, kindness, and positive energy shine through in every interaction.

One thing that really stood out to me is how considerate she is about her guests’ comfort and well-being. I can’t be around cigarette smoke, and Shelby always makes sure no one is smoking near the entrance, which I truly appreciate. It shows how much she genuinely cares about the health, safety, and comfort of everyone staying here.

My stay has been incredibly comfortable, welcoming, and full of positive vibes. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuine in hospitality. Because of Shelby and the amazing team she leads, I will most definitely be recommending this location to others!

Love the staff and manager and I'm happy to be able to be here with them a few more months. I was gonna leave due to rate increase but Shelby helped with that

This is a great hotel to book with especially when you are staying somewhere for more than a week the staff is excellent the rooms are clean and the other guests are respectful great place to stay

I mean if you don’t mind roaches, no hot water and the fire alarm going off randomly, then you will probably like this place. Also a good place to get a good contact high and going sliding across the wet floor. Dozen people probably loitering outside at any given time. I was supposed to stay the whole weekend. On our second night, after in 5 minutes time I found roaches, realized we had no hot water and then the fire alarm went off, I decided to just check out at 10:30pm and figure out other accommodations. Apparently the fire alarm must go off regularly bc no one really seemed to care to go outside except a few people with pets. Staff seemed pretty nice though.
