Front desk can’t find a package, took more than 1 day to find the person who was able to get the package. I forgot my MacBook charger on the room and no response about it .

Pros:

Location was great, a few steps from Riverwalk and an easy stroll to Las Olas Blvd. shops and restauarants.
Large supermarket a few mins. away
Gym was well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately for the Hyatt a high rise of new apartments overshadow the pool area. In December the sun only made it fully to the pool for a few hours in the afternoon. Am sure later in the year the sun will be higher.

La ubicación, cercano a river walk.

Cons:

Carísimo el estacionamiento $40.00 por día, increíble que no incluyeran el desayuno cuando la tarifa que cobran es alta, el ruido de la calle se escucha demasiado en la habitación (motores de autos de carrera despertaban todas las noches)

Clean and modern
Pros:

Costumer service of all staff was excellent, hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to all the great restaurants on Las Olas. We stayed here for 2 nights before embarking on a cruise, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be back!
