The late night staff was amazing. I arrived at like 1230am and the check-in was a breeze
Pros:

The property was clean. The rooms were clean. And the breakfast was good. The only reason I didn’t give it 10 out of 10 is because I think we have to have a little room for just over the top experiences.

Pros:

Bed was comfy,

Cons:

Bathroom toilet holder was broken, window was not locked, tv remote was hard to use, breakfast was not that great, guest that used the door to outside kept letting the door slam,that went on for 3 hours. Woke me up and couldn't get back to sleep. People up above me was running and heavy walking on the floor woke me up the service day.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The facility itself, though well-maintained, is just a little tired. Our room smelled marginally of feet but it was clean, so I feel like there are larger structural issues. But it was fine for one night.

Worth the money spent
Cons:

Wanted to be closer to everything. Place could def use some updating and repairs. My shower wasn't the cleanest there was some rust. TV didn't work my whole stay wouldn't connect to internet. Breakfast was ok.

Great Value, Greater Service: A Solid Stay at Hotel Saratoga
Pros:

For the price, the hotel is an excellent value. The staff was friendly and attentive. The worker at breakfast was always busy keeping the area stocked and tidy. I also used the gym facilities and they were definitely adequate with multiple machines. Although I didn't take advantage of it, I like the option to go to the bar in the evening.

Cons:

I had room 208. There were two issues with doors. The bathroom door only closed if it was pushed in with effort and the knob looked damaged. The exterior door was not fit properly into the door. When it closed, the top would strike the metal door frame, making a loud bang before it then closed. Not a deal breaker, but I was afraid I woke up my neighbors when it would close because it was loud.

Visiting for one night for the Belmont races
Pros:

Staff was so kind and accommodating. We loved the shuttle service as well. Can't say enough good things about the drivers, people at the front desk and maintenance.
