Pros:

I could not have asked for a better hotel before a concert at SPAC. Although they offer a shuttle, I opted to walk and it was super convenient. The free breakfast was an added bonus as I did not know it was included. It was fresh and filling. My room was clean and spacious. I highly recommend the property.

Fantastic
Pros:

Super clean, super attentive staff. The shuttle to the SPAC was a nice surprise, if I had read closer I probably would have known about it but I was overjoyed to see it.

Cons:

Absolutely no food around if you get back late (like from a concert)

Pros:

We enjoyed the accessibility to our room from the parking lot, the pillows & beds were very comfortable & the breakfast was enjoyable & plenty of options. We did not get to utilize the pool however the pool area looked very tidy & well kept!

Cons:

There wasn't much to complain about except the lack of options & pricing listed on convenience store items.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel, convenient to state park and downtown Saratoga Springs. Very clean. Good breakfast in the morning. Pleasant staff. Dog friendly with a large grass area for walking around. They have a nice sized clean swimming pool also. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The bed was a little too soft but thats my opinion.

Pros:

I loved the room! Very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable!

Cons:

Mixed on the staff and I wish I knew their names. I had 2 amazing experiences with 2 employees and 2 poor experiences with 2 employees. So 50/50 with staff. Shuttle experience was awful, but not necessarily the hotel’s fault. They were very busy concert, but for the price of the room, I expected a bit better service.

Pros:

The good aspects were the great walking area for our dog, and a side road adjacent to the property for longer walks. The staff tending to the breakfast service was also good, refilling items as needed and keeping area tidy. Breakfast was ample and pleasant.

Cons:

Our room was awful. We were assigned room 305, which we found out was not supposed to be rented due to a mechanical issue that caused constant noise as if a bowling ball was rolling around over our heads. Very gard to sleep. The front desk staff, when we went to them said," oh.you must be in Room 305"! So they were aware of the problem but assigned us the room anyway. I spoke with the manager on duty during our stay who promised to get back to me on what might be done to compensate us, but never heard from her. Again, the front desk staff told us at checkout that the room was marked in the system not to be rented. I don't like to write negative reviews, but not getting in touch as promised to address the issue left me no choice but to post this review.

Pros:

Room and facility were clean. Staff was excellent. The shuttle bus was a big plus and the driver was very accommodating and friendly. Good breakfast. Overall a good experience.
