Very undervalued for the price...
Pros:

The breakfast was good and provided a reasonable way to start the day. The female staff at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. The shuttle bus drivers are the best part about the hotel! The shuttle staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, Our room had a kitchenette which was was woefully under appointed. The refrigerator door, which abuts the wall and a window frame, needs to be reversed in order to offer more effective access. There was an empty liquor bottle with the few dishes in the kitchen cabinets. There was no glassware or even a wine opener. When we opened the sofa bed there was still bedding on from the previous occupants. There is no recycling on the premises which is archaic in comparison to SPAC and elsewhere!

The Staff was courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good . The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Many updates were needed. The door on my room would not open all the way. The bathroom had molding falling off and lots of mold stains in the tub and surrounding areas. It's sad because it could be a very nice hotel

Pricey though I know this time of year is high in Saratoga. The bathroom was also in a little less clean state (mold and broken tiles) than would have expected.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property, and this experience was, overall, far below what we expected based on ou

The location is good, easy to get to SPAC and downtown Saratoga Springs. The front desk attendant was super helpful and friendly. A true gem of a person.

Cons:

The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, the bathroom ceiling was flaking, the shower pan was dirty, the wall patches were slapped on without sanding and then painted over, and the shower door was difficult to open and close when in the shower. Food from a previous guest was left in the mini fridge.
