Cozy, convenient and not costly
Pros:

Kayleigh the front desk lady was a gem. Friendly, helpful and always around when needed! The rest of the staff was also pleasant. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, a nice bar was available in the lobby and breakfast was good. Both my checkout and in were fast and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that my door was hard to close and was loud when I had to force it. But it did close all the way and locked properly.

Less than professional management and dirty, run down facility.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The woman who was in charge of breakfast was very cheery, helpful and personable.

Cons:

The moment we got there, the hotel claimed that their wifi carrier was down, so they couldnt check anyone in. We had to wait until after 7 pm, to be able to check in. The management consisted of two young girls maybe about age 21, wearing cutoff jeans and tank tops going in and out of the facility blasting music from a speaker outside the main lobby and vaping. When I asked what they could do for my family to make up for the inconvenience, the girl said, ill buy you a drink at the bar. !(seriously!?). I was not happy as I explained that we do not drink alcohol and we were there with my son for his college orientation. She was nice enough to give us a small discount on waters we bought for the room. They also wrote my credit card number on a piece of paper to charge at a later time, which made me feel very uneasy. I ended up canceling my card when I got home for safety precautions.

Upon entering the room the main door was broken. It wouldnt shut unless you picked up on it and slammed it closed! The bathroom had not been Cleaned, or wiped down and the floors were dirty, had not been mopped. None of the surfaces had been wiped down. There was some sort of stains on the curtains and bed skirts and the headboards had not been wiped down. So i had to clean the room before letting my family relax in order to feel comfortable.i didn't want to bring it up to the front desk because i felt there was no management to help us besides those two girls. There was no wifi, so we couldnt watch TV or get service for laptop until after 9 pm.
