Je vous conseille de ne pas prendre ce hôtel parce que il est dangereux il est pas loin de transport elle est sale l’accueil ils sont pas polis franchement j’ai perdu mon argent et Expedia ils ont rien fait pour moi j’ai téléphoné pour que j’annule mais ils ont dit non on peut rien faire vraiment je suis désolé mais c’est pas bon service ni à l’hôtel ni à Expedia

We did not like the most is terrible house-keeping. room was not cleaned, same bed sheets, towels for 5 days. Since it was a religious trip - very inconvenient to commute to Grand Mosque in Makkah. Even though girls at the front desk know no or little English, but they were nice and cooperative.
