Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya by Compass Hospitality

This was my second stay at Heeton, and it was just as memorable as the last one. No complaints at all.

The earlier noise issue from the café was not a problem this time. Breakfast has improved, and the crowd was nice and decent. As mentioned in my previous review, the location is perfect—peaceful yet very close to Walking Street.

I booked directly with Heeton, and the pre-arrival communication was smooth, with all my requests accepted. A couple of small suggestions only: room renovation in the future and a closed closet would be helpful—but these are just suggestions, not complaints.

Excellent stay with great hospitality.
I would like to recommend everyone for comfort stay in pattaya.
The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a great pool area, delicious dining options, and a relaxing spa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay, and the location was perfect for exploring Pattaya's vibrant nightlife and attractions.

We are here now, just checked in today. First impressions aren’t great, the room needs some tender loving care. It’s hard to explain, but it’s grubby. The pool area and everything downstairs looks nice but the rooms just are off. They need some paint or something along them lines. Maybe I’ll review this again on Thursday when I check out, but the first impressions aren’t great.

Lovely location though, just the room would be 3/5 maximum!

We first came to this hotel 10 years ago when it was Mercure. It was a good hotel then . Now under Heeton Concept this is a great hotel. It’s good value for money . The buffet breakfast has something for everyone . Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels provided . Plenty of sun loungers and towels available . The swimming pool area and other communal areas are well kept and spotless.
What makes this a great hotel is the staff . The porters, kitchen staff, reception
Staff, waiters and waitresses are great . Nothing is too much trouble and they tend to everything you need with respect , kindness and respect. I would particularly like to give a shout out JaJa, Gift and Kong. Their service each day has been exceptional . They anticipate your requirement before you need to ask and it has been a joy for us to meet them. I have seen other guests be quite rude and abrupt with their requests , yet these staff remain calm and polite and still smile with respect and courtesy . Heeton you should be proud of your staff !

Had a amazing vacation at this hotel it was very clean and food was amazing all the staff was very nice and helpful and a special thankyou to jaja for her excellent service she made our holiday very special and I would highly recommend this hotel

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The front desk staff especially Kik was extremely helpful and attentive. She provided assistance with a genuine willingness to help and made me feel truly welcomed. Her excellent service and positive attitude added so much to my overall experience. Thank you very much Kik, for making my stay memorable.I will come back again .

Reception great fast check-in. Lift to our room fast, a nice big room with a big balcony. Beds comfy with two pillows each. Bathroom large with a walk-in shower. Small fridge. Tea,coffee,water, and kettle. Breakfast in a air-conditioned room wonderful as for the breakfast everything you could want. A coffee machine , egg station. Big pool with outdoor tables and seating for afternoon cocktails. Staff wonderful.

It is an old hotel that has had some redecoration. This included removing wardrobe doors and drawers from rooms, leaving only hangers and shelves. The lobby, stairs and lift banks are open air as hotel has no front doors, reducing comfort in 30 degree weather. The bedroom had live mosquitos inside and dead ones on the walls. There were stains and spider webs on the ceiling and mould in the shower. Housekeeping moved belongings and luggage when servicing the room. There is a fitness room, that used to be the hotel bar. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet had a good selection and the location was fine. It's close to a 7-11, McDonalds, and food court and a short walk to the beach.

The hotel staff are amazing, the walls were a bit thin, and it was more the other guests that were the issue

Overall a great hotel, with a but, which I shall get to later. Firstly a great location, a short stroll from the beach in one direction and a short stroll from Soi Buakhao and all that offers in the other direction. Plenty of great restaurants close by, and there are also a few quiet bars in the immediate vicinity. The pool is amazing, so refreshing to have such a deep hotel swimming pool, LOVED it!! Staff were all excellent, attentive and happy. Now the but, and I admit it is a first world problem, the TV. Now I understand no one comes to Pattaya to watch TV, but some days you want to chill and relax before a big night out, or even after a big night out. I don't understand how a hotel of such standing DOES NOT have smart TV's in it's rooms??? You want to Netflix & chill...no chance mate, catch up with your favourite YouTube channels...no way. A minor gripe, easily fixed.

Bad experience. Never coming back. While staff were good. I had to change room 3 times. Room smelt like sewer. They clearly need a reno. I paid for 2 rooms and both were similar

Weather was good along with the place but the hotel has a major condensation issue . In all hallways it’s running down walls

Praew was very attentive to our table and was always serving with a smile. The food also came quick and was good. She even brought our drinks to the poolside after that. On the whole a very good experience especially for families. Will come back again.

Overall a good hotel and friendly staff. But wi-fi was not working properly in some areas.

I stayed at heeton for 5 night and it was a truly pleasant experience the staff feemmy pocky kik were incredibly friendly and helpful always ready to assist with a smile the room was clean comfortable and well equipped with everything i needed The location is great i enjoyed the breakfast buffet swimming pool Overall i highly. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this hotel i would defintely come back

I stayed at Heeton Concept Hotel in Pattaya, Thailand for about a week in October 2024, and everything was absolutely wonderful.

What impressed me the most was the consistently friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff—24 hours a day! I didn’t experience a single problem during my stay. Even when small issues could have arisen, the staff was quick to respond and resolve them efficiently. Their solution-oriented approach and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely cared for. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to my great experience—the receptionists, waitstaff, housekeeping, kitchen staff, and even those working behind the scenes whom I didn’t get to meet.

This hotel has definitely become one of the top reasons why I would visit Pattaya again.

Today I went to sit and drink a cocktail at the bar. The staff are very good. Delicious drink There is a happy hour. Buy 1 get 1 staff name pookpik Kong is very good. Friendly. The food has a good taste. And a large swimming pool I will come back here next year.
