Pros:

Very clean room.

Cons:

No bathroom door and external hotel sign light was illuminating the room as they blinds were not black out. Sign light went off at 11pm though.

UNE CATASTROPHE ! 1ère fois que je vois un hôtel loué une chambre avec un sifflement pareil, honteux

aucun ! je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'apprécier quoi que c e soit dans cet hôtel à part le fait que le gérant un certain Mr KEREM n'a rien voulu entendre à ma plainte.. limite il m'a traité de menteur.

Dès mon arrivée dans la chambre un sifflement permanent et insupportable m'a empêché de dormir dans cet hôtel, n'ayant aucune réception à qui me plaindre (codes d'accès etc...par mail) j'ai du trouver une autre chambre via Booking à l'ATLAS Hôtel pas très loin d'ailleurs...Pour ce qui est du gérant il n'a rien voulu entendre, et quand j'ai invité son employé à renter dans la chambre avec moi pour constater il a fait opposition en me disant que la chambre était loué...

Struttura abbastanza vicina al centro. Vicina alla fermata della metropolitana. Il materasso era molto comodo.

Cons:

Le scale di accesso un po’ scomode. Mancanza di un armadio in camera e di mensole in bagno.

Séjour mitigé – Très peu insonorisé et personnel peu agréable

Celui-ci est bien placé et la chambre était propre et fonctionnel

Cons:

Tout d’abord, nous étions situées au rez-de-chaussée, juste à l’entrée. L’isolation est clairement insuffisante : chaque nuit, nous avons été réveillées par des allées et venues, des portes qui claquent et du bruit jusqu’à environ 4h du matin. Le sommeil est donc très compliqué dans ces conditions.

Ensuite, nous avons été réveillées de manière assez brusque vers 8h30 par le personnel de ménage, qui a frappé à la porte de façon insistante, alors que le check-out est à 10h. Cela manque clairement de considération pour les clients, surtout après une nuit déjà peu reposante.

Enfin, le service de bagagerie n’est pas du tout sécurisé. Les valises sont simplement déposées dans un espace accessible à tous, sans surveillance, ce qui ne met pas en confiance.

En résumé, malgré une chambre correcte, le manque d’insonorisation, le réveil non approprié et l’absence de sécurité pour les bagages rendent l’expérience décevante.

В целом все понравилось, чисто-аккуратно и выглядит вполне стильно.
Pros:

Расположение просто шик, персонал классный, готовый помочь. Ну и то, что в номере было все необходимое - и утюг, и фен, и чайник.

Cons:

Половина кровати продавлена, и это ощущается очень сильно - удивлена, что в отзывах не видела ничего об этом.
В ванной нет ни одного крючка для полотенец - было бы здорово это исправить.
