NVT Housing - PentStudio West Lake Hanoi

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this location. Very quiet and peaceful area which allows for a peaceful and relaxing evening. I was very impressed with the contactless checkin. Everything was communicated clearly through text by staff which made the checking in process very smooth. We loved how the place had your very own washer/dryer set up as this allowed us to donour own laundry without having to pay antyhing for it. Detergent was also provided which was very convenient for us. My only regret was not picking this location sooner. Will definitely be staying again on my next visit to Vietnam.

I often come here every time I work. They are happy to welcome me and the apartment is checked in by password, easy to use and secure. They have a desk and a view of West Lake, very suitable for me.

i planned to stay in hanoi for 3 days but it rained heavily, to be honest the trip was not fruitful because i just stayed in the room. the apartment has a big glass so you can feel how much rain is outside [very relaxing feeling]. however i had to wash my towel by myself with the dryer in the apartment because it was raining and the staff couldn't help. anyway it was good, the scent of jasmine essential oil made me sleep well. very good!

The price was okay but a little higher than what was expected for the quality of the personal care items.

This time I stayed in the double room on the 7th floor. Since the hotel is in center of Tay Ho district, you can't expect a great view, but the design of the lobby and rooms was excellent. I was also very satisfied with the quality and the design of room. If I have the opportunity to stay in Hanoi again, I would definitely stay here again

A great location to be close enough to the heart of Hanoi but far enough out to enjoy some peace! A beautiful location in a beautiful city with plenty of room to spread out and relax.

It is a new property with large glass windows that let in a lot of light. I stayed in a studio with a loft on an upper floor, and it was a pleasant experience due to the view of the city below. The studio has a tall ceiling, which made it an airy and open space. The kitchen was useful, because I could do some light cooking, and gave it a more home-y experience. The one concern I did have was accessibility. One needs to climb a tall staircase to get up to the loft. Therefore, I would not recommend it to an elderly or disabled person.

My colleague and I stayed here in separate suites for a business trip. I'm not sure I've ever had a more spacious suite anywhere! I loved that they provided a massive jug of water on arrival, so you aren't nickel and dimed for little water bottles. In-suite laundry and a beautiful bathroom rounded out the experience.

The restaurant is good, but a bit pricy with limited hours.

Customer service is lacking. As a business traveler, I will consider other options in the future due to their inflexibility and leaning on "policy" as an excuse.

Most visitors like to stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, but we loved walking to the West Lake area for cafes, art, and culture.

Wonderfully managed property that worked out well in a pinch for my wife and me when our flight was cancelled. Staff was very courteous and accomodating. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

The room is clean and the amenities are well prepared. But the swimming pool was closed during the stay. I don’t know if it was because of the virus or not. Without that, everything is great.
