Crying out for refurbishment. Would be a 10 rating hotel if fixed up
This was our third visit to the hotel. This time, we stayed during the Songkran festival, and it was very convenient to get around using the Skytrain, which is directly connected to the hotel through Emporium Mall. The rooms are still the same and feel a bit dated, I hope they will be renovated soon for a more modern look. The staff, however, remain excellent, always welcoming us with warm smiles just like in the past. As expected during Songkran, the weather was extremely hot. The lobby felt quite warm and the sun outside was intense.
Overall, the hotel offers everything a traveler needs: a large gym, a huge swimming pool, very comfortable beds and immediate access to nearby shopping malls.
The hotel is very good but the lobby has insufficient AC so the lobby is hot 🥵 and in the evenings the lobby is infested with mosquitoes.If these changes are made I think the hotel is an ideal place

Location was great, next to the Emporium mall, and next to the BTS station. Staff was friendly, polite, and helpful.
The hotel room furniture, appliances, decor seems decaying, kind of old, and not aligned with the overall concept of the area. I was expecting a more modern approach, instead it was traditional vanilla approach. The pool was under maintenance the date that we went to enjoy. The water treatment was not working and the pool water was green. Theoretically, this can be fixed withing 24hours, but considering that we had other engagement we did not had time to re-visit to verify if it was fixed or to enjoy the pool.
The hotel located at Emporium mall at Sukhumvit soi 24,the room is big and clean.Staff are alwasys helpful and friendly.Thank you to Sally for her nice service during my stay. I will recommend my friend to stay here too
Loved staying here! Just a few minutes from BTS and shopping areas. The room was comfortable and quiet. Great service and very convenient for exploring the city.

Location is superb, next to emporium mall. It is also next to BTS where traveling is a breeze as compared to BKK’s traffic. The front desk service is excellent as usual.

Great stay! The hotel is just steps from the BTS and a shopping mall, making everything super convenient. Clean rooms, friendly staff (Especially Khun Kaimuk ❤️), and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!
