The Emporium Suites are a great place to stay in Bangkok. It is centrally located and if you are like to shop, it is next door to a mall that has high-end shopping as well as more affordable places. And loads of restaurants. The staff at the Emporium were from front desk to cleaning staff to breakfast staff were lovely, helpful, and knowledgable. The breakfast has something for everyone. And if you take a dip in the pool, you will have a great experience. And, if you get a treatment at the spa, you will not be disappointed. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

During the Chinese New Year, I took my family to visit Bangkok and stayed at this hotel. It is a very excellent hotel. The location is great, right next to the mall and BTS, making transportation very convenient.
The room was spacious, with plenty of usable space, and very clean.
As for the staff, I would especially like to thank Khun Kaimuk very much. She was very lovely, provided great service, and explained all the facilities thoroughly and clearly.
If I have the chance to visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay here again. ❤️

This my first in Bangkok! I have stay at this hotel is very wonderful place because it was very close to the shopping mall easy to buy some stuff and a lot of delicious restaurants. Many thanks Khun Kaimuk she was very helpful and friendly she explained about the room very clearly. The room very clean and comfortable with big bed. I will never forget this Hotel!

The Emporium Suites has been my hotel of choice in Bangkok since I first stayed there around 2004. Have happily returned almost every year since. We recently stayed for 5 nights over the busy Chinese New Year period and although the hotel was at capacity, the service and experience was impeccable. We had originally only booked for 3 nights and the staff were so helpful in enabling us to stay an extra few nights and even moved us to a better room at a very reasonable rate. Love the spacious comfortable rooms. The pool, gym and leisure area is a wonderful oasis of calm in the big city. We just love a relaxing morning lazing around the large, beautiful pool.
We felt that the breakfast offered isn't as good as it used to be so there is room for improvement there. Nothing though can beat the location, attached to a great mall and only steps to the BTS. Looking forward to staying again soon. Highly recommended.
