Pros:

Confortable, tanto la cama como el buen aislamiento de ruidos exteriores.

Cons:

El acceso a la habitación fuera de las horas de recepción no es sencillo con las explicaciones que te mandan por mail. El registro se hace en alemán, no hay opciones de otro idioma.
No hay limpieza de la habitación durante la estancia (lo habitual aquí, incluso en los hoteles de 3 estrellas) Si quieres algo, pídelo. Jajaja.
La equipación de la "cocina" es mínima, mínima: 2 tazas, 2 platos, 2 cucharillas ...,1 sarten, 1 cazo, 1 estropajo y 1 paño de cocina. El espacio que ocupa, también mínimo, tal como se ve en las fotos.
La ubicación frente a la vía del tren, no es la mejor. La suerte es que ha estado cortada la vía casi toda la semana por mantenimiento y que las ventanas aíslan bien, aunque no totalmente, y que los trenes suelen pasar despacio, aunque no todos.
Como habitación está bien de tamaño, como apartamento, es pequeña.

En definitiva, no hay servicio. Repito, es la política del ahorro para una mayor ganancia, la del si quieres algo, pídelo.

Ich hatte ei DZ gebucht und ein EZ bekommen. Nzr 1mal Bettzeug und 1mal Handtücher. Telefon für Reklamation nicht erreichbar. Email an Boocking.com nicht erreichbar.

Zu warm, zu laut, null Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Die Parkgarage war vom Hotel aus direkt und bequem zu erreichen (wenn denn die Tür im Keller nicht gerade verschlossen war). Das preiswerte Kantinenfrühstück im Gebäude war okay.

Cons:

Zimmer war viel zu warm. Es machte wenig Sinn, das Fenster zu öffnen, weil es dann wegen der vorbeiführenden, stark frequentierten Bahnstrecke, zu laut wurde. Spielzeug-Ventilatoren im Zimmer bringen nichts. Außerdem befindet sich im weiten Umfeld des Hotels kein gastronomisches Angebot. Kein Getränke-Kühlschrank im Haus, null Atmosphäre.

Buena localidad y buen servicio
Pros:

Me gustó que estaba cerca del Museo Koening Bonn, donde tenía que trabajar algunos días. El cuarto estaba limpio y confortable y tenía muchas cosas de cocina que facilitaron mucho comer en casa y ahorrar un poco. Además, no pasé frío porque el calefactor funcionaba muy bien.

Cons:

Que no hubo servicio de café de mañana. Café por separado era 13 euros.

Pros:

sehr gute Lage, gute Betten, Fenster mit sehr gutem Schallschutz, so dass Lage an der Strasse kein Problem war.

Cons:

Check-in-Portal hat nicht funktioniert, erst die freundliche Rezeptionistin des Nachbarhotels konnte den Check-in freischalten. Hat uns leider etwas Zeit gekostet. Im Badezimmer waren noch etliche schwarze Haare von den Vorgängern.

Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir konnten auch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage bekommen.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts defekt, also 4 Tage (Di bis Sa).

Curățenia, liniștea, facilitățile din locație: chicineta, frigider, soluții pentru curățat vase și soluții de toaletă

Cons:

Aparatul de self check-in nu oferea prea multe informații în limba engleză, drept urmare pentru self check-in a trebuit să cer asistență prin telefon

Cons:

Sehr laut durch die nahe Bahnstrecke. Die Züge fahren die ganze Nacht. Mein Badezimmerfenster war beim Check-In defekt und blieb einen Spalt offen - dadurch war das Zimmer ausgekühlt. Um 21:30 war weder vor Ort, noch telefonisch jemand zu erreichen. Immerhin wurde der Schaden am Folgetag behoben.
