While the check inn was smooth and done by friendly staff the check out was horrible with incompetent and rude staff. Front desk operator declined printing out my invoice what I need for reimbursement and blamed it on the policy what’s a complete lie. She told me booking.com will send the invoice what’s complete bullshit.

They had breakfast 😋...The staff were nice..

Cons:

That they were trying to clean the room before you checked out ..I think they were going around about 9am..I had my 5 month grandson with us..and they were knocking and opening the door at the same time while you were sleeping..That was unacceptable to me but I didn't say anything ...so that needs to change.
