Nice hotel, staff need customer service training.
Pros:

A good selection of breakfast. However, the buffet food wasn’t hot enough. The scrambled eggs were tasteless.

Cons:

Breakfast was a buffet, just warm. Scrambled eggs were tasteless. Sabina or Sabrina the waitress was very unwelcome & unfriendly. Somehow unbeknown to me only two out of the four breakfast we pre ordered was paid for. When we checked in the evening beforehand the receptionist confirmed that four breakfast had been ordered on our reservation. Sabina/Sabrina made it her morning mission to continually come over to us, and badgering us about this. Even after I said that I would check my booking once back up to our room (my phone was left in room). she continued to make us feel uncomfortable, next waving around a printout of our booking and continually giving us stern glances our way. We had to pay a higher price for two of the breakfasts because we didn’t booked at the time so a £10 extra fee!

Great hotel in the centre of town.
Pros:

Közepes minőségű szálloda, nagyon messze van a 4* tól.
Pros:

Elhelyezkedés tekintetében jó helyen volt. Szoba mérete elfogadható, ágy kényelmes volt.

Cons:

Piszkos a szőnyeg, fürdőszobában csak plafonra van felszerelve egy fix tusoló, kényelmetlen a tusolás. Reggeli nagyon kevés a választék, minőségben is gyenge, kávé íze rossz, csak kenyér van (egyféle) nem egy 4* szálloda színvonalának megfelelő. Utolsó napon reggel a takarítónő bejött, amit nem is értettünk, hiszen tudniuk kellett hogy még nem jelentkeztünk ki!

Pros:

Room and hotel was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Happy there was secure parking. Staff were really polite and friendly.

Cons:

One meal of fish and chips which I didn't think was particularly good.

Hotel a l'occasion du Motogp a silverstone
A 25 mn du circuit
acces simple et pratique en deux roues
parking sécurisé mais payant
hôtel proche de lieu de restauration et proche d'un parc, sympa pour une balade ou footing
petit déjeuner diversifié et bon produits

Cons:

insonorisation de la chambre. claquement des portes , aucune insonorisation avec le couloir.
