Great staff, breakfast & location; better room cleaning needed.
Pros:

Great staff - very friendly & polite. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Great location for shopping!

Cons:

The room cleanliness was not good enough. It was very dusty & looked like it hadn’t been recently cleaned. Parts of the bathroom were quite grubby - particularly around the plug hole. The room key had to be reset twice as it wouldn’t work the lift & I saw several other guests with the same problem.

Nice Hotel - be careful of parking
Cons:

There was no parking when I arrived due to an event in the hotel. I was told to park in another area and had to move my car late in the evening 10.30-11. Staff at check-in never said anything about car registration. I then got a fine a few days later through Hertz + a service charge to my credit card, which I have no way of getting back.

Pros:

Great staff and location.
Pros:

Staff very helpful, friendly and professional - top marks.

Cons:

The duvet had some hair on it but seemed clean. The two rooms I booked were close together but I did ask for interconnecting - both rooms were but not to each other!

Bed and pillows were really comfortable.

Cons:

I had to have my room card recharged 6 times over 2 days which was really time consuming. There has to be a better system than saying don't put your card near your mobile phone!
