Great hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Very accommodating when I ask for a quiet room. Stayed several times recently. Comfy beds too. Great location.

Friendly, comfortable and relaxed stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Easy walk from train station.
Excellent breakfast options.

Cons:

Would have a greater choice of vegetarian options on bar menu if I'm being picky! I enjoyed the veggie burger.

Perfectly adequate hotel for business trip with an overnight stay
Pros:

Good parking on site, pleasant staff, super-effective iron.

Cons:

Pillows very thin, small ironing board (by my standards, but I'm probably spoiled)

Pleasant comfortable stay, with a good standard of room.
Pros:

Great standard of room and general finish to the property.

Cons:

We had a couple of beers at the bar, and all the different draughts we tried tasted & smelt like the lines needed cleaning. Bar and service were otherwise pleasant though (I stuck to bottled beers)

OK, but grubby carpet a put off, a generally very clean room.
Pros:

Carpet stained, grubby. Pillow to soft, didn't sleep well, Room 501 . Breakfast good.

Cons:

Paying for parking in hotel carpark, more expensive than council carpark Close by.
