Please be aware that Mercure Northampton no longer has a swimming pool and wet facilities. Please note that the card used to make the booking has to be presented upon check-in. Please be aware a maximum of two guest requiring assistance (due to any form of disability or impairments) is permitted at the hotel on any given night due to fire, life safety policies, relating to the safe and appropriate time required to facilitate evacuation. Any guests that will require assistance from the hotel team to safely evacuate the property in case of an emergency for an overnight stay must state this at booking stage. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to confirm if this is possible and the booking will not be guaranteed until actioned by the hotel and contact will be made to the guest from a front of house team member. Friendly efficient service .Great venue Managed a very busy evening with aplomb (Kevin Keegan evening) managed a situation with an unwell lady with efficiency and nothing was too much trouble. You have very caring staff.
