Cons:

We were checked into the room later than the specified check-in time. Every time we left the room to go skiing, the heating was turned off, and it was freezing when we returned. On the second day, they had even left the windows open after cleaning. We found a dirty pillowcase, and our room key cards kept failing to work. Additionally, the staff refused to call a manager or supervisor when requested.

Accueil parfait, malgré l'heure d'arrivée tardive, nous avons pu dîner sur place.
Chambre agréable, confort et silence assurés.
Ravis d'avoir pu disposer d'un emplacement dans le parking de l'hôtel pour notre véhicule.

Prijs qualiteit zeer goed!

De gastvrijheid van het personeel, heel vriendelijk, hulpzaam.

Cons:

De slechte isolatie qua schuifdeuren zorgde ervoor dat het koud was in de kamer + heel veel lawaai kwam naar binnen van het stromend water, het leek alsof er hele tijd een raam openstond helaas.

The location is excellent very close to the Olympic gondolas.

Cons:

The carpet in the room is not the cleanest, the bathroom is ice cold and the room too warm. The underground parking spots are made for very small cars.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner soit disant digne de renom et bien copieux. Eh bien, pour le prix de 16 euros, il n'est pas digne d'un hotel 3 étoiles. Bien que nous nous soyons présentés bien avant l'horaire de fermeture (10h00), il a fallu solliciter le personnel pour le réapprovisionnement du buffet. En effet, il n'y avait pas grand chose. Le buffet déjeuner de cet établissement n'a rien à voir avec un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pour le même standing, un hôtel de Moutiers offre un petit déjeuner copeiux et très apprécié des clients. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel Amélie peut être comparé à celui d'un hotel IBIS Budget (2 étoîles) et non d'un 3 étoîles. Dommage.
