Lovely room - highly recommend
Pros:

Absolutely loved this room, had a great view and right in the centre of everything.

Really clean room and staff very friendly and helpful.

It was very inviting and accommodating in other ways.
Pros:

The property was really nice, front staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The fact that the rooms don’t have any telephones for emergency situations or to contact the front desk. My sister hasn’t had a cell phone in over 10 years and my parents have never owned a cell ever. So for security reasons I would recommend having telephones in all rooms.

Comfortable for everyone in the family
Pros:

The room was fantastic for our family of 4. It was super clean and spacious.

Cons:

The pool wasn't warmed up enough for the kids to use and usually theyre temperature threshold for water is super low.

Pros:

Clean, bright, big room. Balcony with lovely view of mountains. Excellent servers at restaurant

Cons:

This property is excellent and had an unbelievably good fall price. The parking is limited and a VERY tight squeeze, although signs say they are planning improvements.

Pros:

Generally, the stay was pleasant. Nice staff - easy check in and out. Parking was easy and fairly priced. Great location.

Cons:

There were just two negatives. The main thing was being charged extra for early check-in. I arrived at 2.30pm - I was advised it's extra before 3pm. Fair enough if the hotel was busy, but it was close to empty. I understand the policy, but common sense could've been used. The second was some disrepair to the room, including a rotten bathroom door.

Overall it was 7/10
Pros:

It’s was clean, very close to everything, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

No coffee maker in the room. You have to pay $20 for a late check out. When I got there, they were fixing the parking I had to park at the convention center until 6. They would just give me a free parking for one night instead, I got my car back they still made me pay $20 they call it a discount. the inconvenience was such a hustle. The swimming pool is out dated.

Great spot and nice touch to provide cookies on departure
Pros:

Great location with a vibey village just behind. Only had one night but I’m sure a longer stay could be great as there seems to be some hiking and cycling activities around. Skiing of course for winter
