Faux pretentious luxury but actually tacky
Pros:

the staff was nice enough. the room was made to seem modern & updated, but there were several things just not up to par. #1. Loud base/music from the bar/restaurant until 2 AM preventing sleeping. When we told the desk clerk, she replied, " well it says that in the write up"- I suggest reading this carefully if it's important to you.
#2. Not even a hook to hang your towel on in the bathroom- what? What if I stayed more than one night and wanted to not request fresh towels? Do I store them on the floor? #3 Pay extra to park.

Pros:

The room was in a good condition and clean but we could hear noises from outside until late at night. The receptionist was not very welcoming. Overall stay is average.

Pros:

No elevator from parking garage to lobby. Parking extra very expensive compared to other hotels. Pool and spa right beside restaurant so no privacy and you have to go through lounge area to even get there. Staff was really helpful and lovely!

Pros:

Property was really nice. Location was excellent. Honestly our only complaint about the whole thing was the beds weren't that comfortable. Other than that it was pretty good.

Pros:

The room is clean and nicely laid out, but it’s not the hotel’s fault that it’s right next to a nightclub that plays loud music until 2 am. Parking at the convention centre parking lot costs $25 for 24 hours.

Pros:

Our two week old car was damaged using their valet parking, our details were given and pictures taken, 3 weeks later we are still waiting contact from the Adara manager. We were promised to be contacted next day.

Hotel was convenient, customer service appalling.

In the heart of Whistler, so walkable!
Pros:

Wonderful loft-style room. Right in the heart of Whistler, so walkable to everything. Parking is extra $ and limited, we parked at the Convention centre nearby (for a cheaper rate!). Fresh cookies and cool cucumber water at the front desk everyday. Outdoor pool was lovely!
