Pros:

Ubicación limpieza amabilidad personal

Cons:

El agua en la ducha con cambis de temperatura y armario sin lejas,la ropa la tuviemos que dejar en la maleta solo perchas había,la cafetería desatendida casi siempre,tienes que avisar al personal que te atienda,por lo demás todo muy bien

Pros:

El trato del personal tanto de habitaciones, como en la recepción, pero sobre todo del chico encargado del buffet un chico rubio con gafas, estuvo muy atento no puede desayunar porque me encontraba fatal y enseguida se preocupó por si el vuffet no estaba a mi gusto. Un diez para toda la plantilla.

Las instalaciones, la atención recibida, los detalles que te dejan en la habitación, la accesibilidad, la limpieza.
En el desayuno bufete, muy variado con productos de calidad y muy rico todo. No quiero q se me pase hacer una mención especial a Cristian, el camarero que nos atendió en el desayuno, le queremos dar las gracias por su amabilidad, su profesionalidad y por el trato q hemos recibido de el, muy amable y eso da gusto cuando te encuentras con gente como él, gracias!!

En general buena, pero estupefacta con la no disponibilidad de habitación con plato de ducha después de un mes de reserv

Todo a nuestro gusto pero con un mes de antelación pedimos que el baño tuviera plato de ducha en vez de bañera y esta petición no ha sido concedida por el hotel

Cons:

No han tenido en cuenta nuestra petición de que el baño tuviera plato de ducha. Habíamos reservado con un mes de antelación. La consideración fue poner una banqueta dentro de la bañera, ocupando la mayor parte de ella cuando lo que pedíamos era evitar tener que solventar el paso a bañera. Una cliente de 83 años con movilidad reducida no ha podido ducharse durante 4 días porque un hotel de 4 estrellas no tiene disponibilidad de este servicio. ¡¡INCREÍBLE!!

Très bonne base pour visiter la région

Très propre et spacieux. Très calme aussi. Accueil sympathique. Petit déjeuner très correct. Pas trop loin de la ville.
