Estuvimos 5 días y 4 noches y, en general, la experiencia no fue mala, pero sinceramente esperábamos más para tratarse de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Lo mejor fue la atención del personal, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno, ya que todos fueron muy amables y atentos. Sin embargo, hubo varios puntos que nos decepcionaron bastante.
Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta 5 y el chill out en la 7, que por cierto, bastante bonito también, pero por las noches era muy difícil descansar debido al ruido y a unos zumbidos constantes en la habitación. Fuimos a Tenerife con intención de visitar la isla y descansar, no de salir de fiesta, por lo que esto nos afectó bastante. Comentamos el problema en recepción y fueron agradables, pero nos faltó una solución más resolutiva.
También nos sorprendió la poca insonorización en general del hotel. En cuanto a la limpieza, era bastante justa: hacían las camas y el baño de forma rápida, pero daba sensación de poca profundidad, y las sábanas no se cambiaban incluso estando un poco sucias.
El desayuno estaba correcto, aunque el café mejorable.
No hemos estado mal, pero creemos que hay detalles importantes que deberían cuidarse mucho más para estar a la altura.

La comida de cuarta división carnes de muy baja calidad, productos de congelador hasta los postres que hacen ahí sabían a plástico, pero bueno es de esperar por un bufete de todo incluido a precios económicos.
