Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa e letti super comodi con tre cuscini. Prese accanto al comodino, frigobar e necessario per the/caffè. Dotazioni di bagnoschiuma e sapone nel bagno. Acqua gratuita durante le cene. Bella la vista sulle montagne.

Cons:

Pulizia totalmente insufficiente sia nella camera che nella struttura. Scarafaggi presenti nel ristorante, visti in sere e momenti diversi, per fortuna non in camera ma eravamo al quinto piano.
Musica fino a tarda notte sia dal locale sul tetto che nel locale dell'hotel di fronte, rumore in strada e al mattino molto presto dei camion dell'immondizia e bus in partenza per gite varie. Vetri non insonorizzati, impossibile dormire.
Aria calda non funzionante, abbiamo patito il freddo.
Cibo a livello mensa, mediocre come qualità e varietà.
Problema grande coi parcheggi inesistenti ed è impossibile parcheggiare in strada, sempre tutto pieno.
Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna informazione riguardo ai servizi dell'hotel e abbiamo scoperto casualmente del baby club.

What a fantastic place! The service was excellent, and the views from the room over the ocean and the bay were absolutely stunning. Everything made our stay feel special and relaxing. I would happily come back here again and again.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable, si fuera por ellos, pondría un 10, pero lo demás muy mal.

Cons:

Cogimos media pensión, todos los días era la misma comida y no había variedad tampoco. No lo recomiendo, no siguen los horarios de españa. No estaba muy limpio tampoco, las máquinas de café se estropeaban todos los días. Nosotras solo fuimos el primer día y luego decidimos comer fuera y probar cosas típicas de Tenerife (en el hotel lo único típico eran papas arrugadas, lo demás eran salchichas, huevos, embutidos y poco más). Las instalaciones en mal estado también. La zona es 100% de turistas. No recomendable si buscáis experimentar y probar cosas locales.

Очень комфортный номер,все удобно,только рано утром горничные шумят( не повесил табличку не беспокоить в 8.00 утра будут стучать в номер.

Понравилось что каждый день были развлечения и для взрослых и для детей.

Cons:

Убирались номера не всегда чисто. Наверно зависит от человека который убирал.мы провели 10 дней и не разу не добавили кофе и чай в номер.номера требуют ремонта.и постоянно был запах канализации в номере.
