Amazing!
Pros:

Everything was incredible clean, the staff cleaned during breakfast, lunch and dinner and the rooms were properly cleaned every day. The staff were incredible helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Overall a really nice experience

The food options. My friend doesn’t eat pork and most meat options were from pork

Las camas eran muy cómodas, todo estaba super limpio y nos hicieron la habitación todos los días, nuestra habitación estaba junto a la puerta de la piscina y.en el mismo pasillo del comedor así que genial. Todo el personal súper amable y la comida del buffet riquísima y con un montón de opciones distintas cada día. Repetiremos!!

Cons:

Si tienes el sueño ligero, hay una discoteca en el último piso y se oye bastante, a mi no me molestó pq suelo dormir bien igualmente pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta pq estábamos en el piso 0 y se escuchaba..

Overall not bad value for money but needs lots of improvements for it warrant a 4 star
Pros:

Beer on tap and a cocktail of the day.
a young, male bar staff were lovely. However there was not a recipe as each one tasted different.
Pool was nice
Breakfasts was good

Cons:

Book stolen from our room
Pasta was soft
Difficult to speak to staff as many do not speak English such as receptionists, cleaners and entertainment staff.
Entertainment was either not on or something different such as the look and the gang tribute act. Instead had a Spanish themed night.
People smoking in the non smoking areas by the pool eating area. Next to the non smoking signs. Staff were aware as we’re talking to them and said nothing

Loud music until 2am from la cla club. Need better sound proofing doors or an earlier cut off time for the club. Also a note put on the booking to expect the loud music. Not advertised at all.

Esta estancia NO estará dentro de nuestras opciones cuando volvamos a Tenerife

El personal era amable y la zona bonita.

Cons:

comida poco variada, zonas sucias, se notaba que al espejo del baño le habían aplicado calor y estaba deformado. La ducha tenía restos del champú de la persona que se había hospedado anteriormente. El horario de la cena creo recordar que era hasta las 9 o 9:30, demasiado temprano.

La ubicación, la amplitud, la luminosidad de la habitación, las vistas al Teide, relativa facilidad para aparcar cerca.

Cons:

El ventanal que cuesta enormemente abrir y cerrar, la almohada demasiado fina, la ducha que tiene muy poca presión, una papelera solamente en el baño, los ascensores muy muy lentos y las aperturas y cierres de las puertas, muchísimo ruido por mala insonorización, tanto por clientes como por alrededores, horario del cierre de la piscina, sábanas con manchas. Una de las tazas, o no la cambiaron o la fregaron mal, café en los laterales, pelos en el baño después de haber limpiado-supuestamente.
