Gode faciliteter og venligt personale. Lækre forhold ved haven og poolen samt gode værelser. Perfekt til en ferie, hvor man gerne vil nye hotellet. Hvis man ikke kan lide at vandre, skal man tænke i at bestille en Uber eller taxa for at komme ned til byen.
Beliggenheden er ikke den bedste. Den ligger meget oppe i et område, hvor der ikke er meget andet end hotellet. Man skal gå ret langt for at komme til nogle vinhuse, caféer eller spisesteder.
Morgenmaden var heller ikke den bedste, det så alt sammen superflot ud i morgenmadsbufferen, men det var smagsløst og kedeligt, desværre.

A wonderful gem of a hotel in Vila nova de Gaia surrounded by trees in a small park with its own winery. Outside the hustle and bustle of Porto but only a short walk downhill to the river. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious. Ours had a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast is superb, a massive selection of hot and cold foods and drinks with even Champagne. The staff are all very welcoming charming and helpful. Luis Fonseca and the other restaurant/bar staff were a delight and so helpful in helping us choose our wines. Highly recommend
Excellent hotel and away from the busy centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool area and spa. Good food all round. Easy walk to the metro although we could work out how to pay for a ticket easily.
Parking is pricey but necessary if you intend to travel around the area.
Sehr nettes Personal, wunderschöner Garten und Pool, und das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.
Das Hotel liegt etwa 1200m entfernt von der Douropromenade mit den Kellereien. Kann man aber gut erlaufen.
Pequeno-almoço excelente com muita variedade, a piscina exterior muito boa e tranquila, o jardim do hotel é muito bonito e os funcionários foram todos muito queridos. Por ser um ambiente cheio de árvores, até esqueci que estava hospedada no meio da cidade, um verdadeiro refúgio urbano. Além disso ganhamos uma degustação gratuita dos vinhos da quinta, o que foi uma ótima surpresa
O spa muito mal iluminado, com cheiro desagradável de esgoto e mofo visível, além da piscina estar com uma cor estranha e com aspecto de suja. A água no quarto é paga e custa 3,50, o que acho um absurdo visto que até em hotéis mais simples disponibilizam água gratuita.
Pequeno almoço e jantar excelentes. Adoramos a pisc8na interior. Quarto de grandes dimensões com tudo muito pratico. Room Service muito bom também.
Gostei de tudo desde das comodidades aos funcionários.
Vista fantástica e o espaço exterior do hotel maravilhosa.

We had the most fantastic city break celebrating 30 years of being together. The hotel was beautiful, great location (easy access to Porto via metro, walking or Bolt taxi) and we really appreciated the upgrade to pool view. Martha and the other reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, delicious and fresh. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed using the Spa and gym, afternoon drinks by the pool were a favourite too - thank you Dominique & colleagues. Highly recommended!
