Nice hotel
Staff were slow - we had quite a long wait to check-in, also in the bar for food service was poor.
Air conditioning did not work - I informed them twice but still not fixed so quite uncomfortable in the room

Everything. Beautiful hotel with swimming pool and a port house attached. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with everything we could need. We were given a glass of port on arrival and a voucher for a free port tasting in the bodega.

Mooi Hotel, mooie location. Kamer is ruim, alles wat je nodig heb is aanwezig. Van waterkoker, tot fôhn, badjas, slippers.... de douche is werkelijk fantastisch!!
Voor lange mensen is het toilet echt erg laag. Een handgreep om overeind te komen zou fijn zijn. Verder geen minounten
