Mooi hotel op prachtige locatie
Pros:

Zoals je van een Hilton kan verwachten, zeer mooie locatie en voortreffelijke service, kleine 5 tot tien minuten lopen om met bus of metro naar centrum te reizen.
Uitgebreid ontbijt en mooie ruime kamer.

Buffet breakfast was good but table service from the menu was very slow with mistakes being made.

Poorly maintained swimming pool with broken tiles with sharp edges.
My son fell and injured himself
The pool does not function correctly as an infinity pool with the staff having to fill it to overflow to remove dead insects and debris.

Понравилось всё! Шикарная спа зона внутри, приятный уличный бассейн, подарили дегустацию портвейна, огромный выбор на завтрак с шампанским и лососем

Cons:

На завтраке к нам так и не подошёл никто из персонала, хотя лежало меню, по которому можно заказать еду. И была проблема с кофе - постоянно ломалась кофе машина, капучино выпить так и не удалось((( хотя его тоже можно было заказать из меню, но...никто не подошел))

Quality hotel which offers excellent facilities away from the crowds of Porto.

Lovely grounds. Quiet part of the city. Excellent food. Friendly staff.

Our stay was good but could be a few tweaks to make it excellent
Pros:

The rooms are lovely and clean

The hotel is beautiful and very picturesque

It is on top of the hill so taxis are recommended to get to the river

Cons:

The service in breakfast wasnt the best it was abit slow we ordered coffees and some mornings they didnt arrive to our table even after chasing a few times for a 5 star hotel you expect your order to come.

The outdoor pool was dirty full of bugs and leaves.

We enquired about late check out for extra 2 hours they said it would be 100 euros which I think is extortionate.

La atención en el restaurante en la cena fue pésimo tenía media pensión incluida lo cual supone postres ya por una ensalada de burrata me cobraron 5€ a mayores que vale acepté pero a la hora del postre estuvimos esperando media hora y no llegaba y mi marido protestó y para nuestra sorpresa nos dijeron que no había el helado que yo había pedido después de esperar 30min .. por lo cual no quisimos nada … no tuvieron ningún detalle ni disculpa
A la hora del desayuno faltaban muchisismas cosas avisamos tres veces y nos fuimos sin comer las napolitanas ya que llevaban 20min en el horno supuestamente …

Hervorragendes Servicepersonal, toller Wellnessbereich, immer frische Handtücher und Pooltücher verfügbar, schön angelegter saisonaler Außenpool, der rund um die Uhr genutzt werden konnte. Innen- sowie Außenpool mit 29°C Salzwasser gefüllt. Zimmer sauber und komfortabel mit Verdunkelungsvorhängen. Frühstück sehr gut mit frischem Obst und Sekt.
