Hotel agradável, com boa localização mas a precisar de melhorar alguns aspetos como limpeza e simpatia do staff.

A piscina interior era muito boa. A exterior também era bastante agradável. O pequeno almoço era variado e bastante bom, os egg benedict eram incríveis.

Cons:

A limpeza precisa muito de ser revista. Tínhamos sempre o cuidado de colocar as fraldas dos nossos filhos na varanda, num saco fechado para que levassem quando fizessem o quarto e houve um dia que nem levaram. O chão da varanda nunca era limpo e o do apartamento também duvido que fosse. No último dia encontrei formigas na zona dos cereais do pequeno almoço o que é super inadmissível. Também não está clara a escolha dos quartos pela booking, tivemos questões no acto do check in mas felizmente foram resolvidos pelo recepcionista. Na hora do pequeno almoço as meninas nem tinham mãos a medir com tanta gente, atribuíram nos uma mesa com o chão todo sujo porque tinha estado lá a comer uma criança (normal estar sujo, não é normal é não terem o cuidado de limpar)

Relaxing and great quality time with family.
Pros:

Breakfast was great with an amazing selection. At times it was slow on receiving hot drinks when ordered.

Cons:

To have to pay for parking when staying at the hotel. This was not the case last year.

Ainda que curta, absolutamente fenomenal.

Bonita estancia.
Pros:

Es un Hotel muy bonito y cuidado todo al mas mínimo detalle. Solo estuvimos yo y mi familia una noche.
Pero nos quedamos con ganas de mas. tiene mucho que ofrecer.
